iStaky DNT dispute

I am referring to this report iStaky Scam Report
I believe I have cleared everything Ive been accused of and exposed zach for his lies.
I dont think there is any reason for me to be DNT so I took advice from a lawyer who also believes Im right. These are his words:


I’d like to follow up again on this post and add some additional evidence.
First, I would like to start by stating the two main facts that @Dev_Zach is claiming.
1) Zach claims that he is owed payments
2) Zach claims that he owns the copyright to the code, and will not release it to me
Zach was hired on 5/11/2018.
We did not have an officially stated terms of service, however, we did have a contract. A contract only requires parties, consent, an object and consideration.
Our contract is that Zach will work for me as a developer. Zach will receive 5% of the profit from the bots while Zach is under my employment, and he would complete the duties of a developer. This includes programming and developing a discord bot that is owned by my company (we’ll get to that later.) Effective 3/3/19, Zach has terminated the contract of his own free will, and decided not to continue working for me. This was his decision. Zach was paid by-weekly as per our agreement throughout his employment. Zach was last paid on 18/2/19 and thus is not owed any further reimbursement.
As for Zach claiming he owns the copyright to his code, I showed this to a lawyer who advised me it was laughable. First and foremost, the link that Zach provides is intentionally misleading (and I assure you Zach is aware of this as you have to go out of your way to find such poor information).

As Zachs employer not only am I legally entitled to the code, but I in fact own the copyrights to it as well.
I appreciate your time and assistance in continuing to aid in resolving this manner.

 

From what I understand you were told numerious times to show the contract/tos agreed?

You were told you'd be DNT'd until the contract is shown.

 

@Gladiator @Pendulum has the above evidence been seen before?

I would like to drop this case as I won't be pursuing it anymore. Sorry for all the trouble this ongoing case has caused you all. It won't happen again as I have learned from my failures.

My failures include:

• Not having a clear contract.
• Taking this straight to Sythe instead of dealing with it privately.
• Letting this report solely become a fight for my ego.
• Getting too invested in the case and the outcome.

I'm proud of the bot I created in Stake Land and I'm grateful for the opportunity iStaky provided me to become a known developer. It was a great learning experience to be able to create that bot. I wish iStaky the best of luck in his future endeavors.

I will continue to make bots as requested but I ensure you this case will not repeat.

Also a huge thanks to Video, Shin, and Pendulum for responding to my PM's and helping me.
