Favorite Solo Artists?

Who's your favorite solo artist? Also please let me know your favorite songs/suggestions.

 

Joji, Billie Eilish also Ren. As for the songs: Slow Dancing In The Dark, bury a friend, Jenny's Tale.

 

Billie Eilish is badass and my favorite would have to be Jack Johnson, Jon Bellion, Kid Cudi, and a few more. Favorite songs include: Kid Cudi - Mr. Rager, Wonder Years - Jon Bellion, and a lot more I can't name.

 

Kid Cudi is lit. Day 'N' Nite was the bomb back in the day, as well as Pursuit Of Happiness when Project X came out

For real, we need new Cudi... Also, anyone else like Jon Bellion or heard of him?

 

EDEN/The Eden Project, my favorite song is Rock and Roll.

 

@Curate his recent song 'in the deep' or something similar is unreal. Had heard his previous creations like 'all time low' which I wasn't feeling, but think he's starting to find is path rather than catering to the masses he's creating what he enjoys, I respect that type of shit.

As for my favorite solo artist currently, @EldoradoGG those are some stronggg suggestions, project x is the dream ahaha. But for me I think the semi solo artist of the moment is Tom Misch. The music he creates is incredibly impressive, the jazz style progression is mad and the famous songs like 'beautiful escape' encapsulate his style perfectly.

The youtube dream team including Andrew Huang, Rob Scallon, Jared Dines, Boyinabad, roomie and many others are also a great set of individuals to watch if you have an interest in musicality beyond that of a song 'sounding good'.

I like Wednesday 13's "solo" stuff. But considering he's vocals for the Murderdolls, Frankenstein Drag Queens from Planet 13, Maniac Spider Trash, AND MORE, all the bands sound like almost the same band; he sings exactly the same way with all of them, but I'll stick to the rules and post a song from his "solo" stuff. ("solo" because he does have a backup band)



But if you meant true 1 person bands... I'm gonna go with Pat the Bunny. This is one of my favorites, though he performed it with a band before he performed it solo. Was originally a Johnny Hobo & the Freight Trains song.

I love that song and I like NF a lot, but I think he should make a few songs that are less serious and make some chill tracks. Great artist though
