Following up on Genius15/RealGenius15 request for pardon.

The old thread was closed and GM Wortel said "Repay all victims and provide evidence of this. If you cannot contact them, provide evidence of trying to without success (there must be proof of at least ONE MONTH time being passed for attempting to contact the victim for each pardon separately.)"

Due to the fact that I was not the scammer, but another Sythe user Killa 13 was and he admitted it, I am following up my previous thread and requesting a pardon.

Killa 13 told me that he tried to contact the scammed person, but has not yet succeeded in it.

• Report/post/reason that got you banned: I was banned due to the fact, that in the past I had same IP log in as the scammer had, real scammer name is Killa 13. I've explained it before, but here it goes again.
  I think the same IP address log in as Killa 13 came from school, where we used the same WiFi or internet connection.
• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: Got this picture for proof from Killa 13. As you can see that the person, who was scammed, hasn't responded and Killa 13 can't reach him. Skype [email protected]
• 
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I have nothing else to confess.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Years ago I had my account banned for ban evading.
  The ban reason seems that my IP address and other sythe account called Killa 13 matched up. And this got me banned. I had no clue that Killa 13 scammed somebody.
  Now that I know what had happened, I contacted Killa 13 personally (he was my classmate in school). He admitted the scam to me and publicly in my previous thread.
  Also he tried to contact the person, but can't reach the victim.
  Now that more than 3 months have passed, I am once again requesting for pardon and explaining what happened.
  
• Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes, I did. I asked Wortel if I am allowed to create a new thread and he answered yes. So here it is.
  
  I really hope that we can solve this issue. If the administrative staff has any ideas on how to contact the victim, please let us know. Or what more could we do? Thank you.

 

There's 2 skype profiles of his that show up when you lookup his email address. Have you contacted the other one aswell yet? If not please do so for the next 2 weeks. As for the current one, please update your picture while providing proof of his Skype ID aswell. You can respond to this in a new thread without the template.

Hello again!

More than 2 weeks have gone past from the previous attempt to make contact with the victim via Skype.
As Wortel suggested, Killa 13 contacted both Skype users, added alexbats1 and bats.alex to skype.

Both of the skype accounts were contacted with, but sadly Killa 13 couldn't get in contact with any of them.

On the pictures "Täna" means today, which is 3rd April 2019.

Me and Killa 13 both have run out of ideas on how to contact the victim.
Is there anything else we can do? If not, what happens now?

I can confirm repayment has been made for the Killa13 scam. I am waiting on a response from @Yoshiki for the ban reason on PowerBot for: ValidUser - powerbot

Once this has been answered/resolved this can move forward.

I do not follow. Who is ValidUser? What does he have to do with my pardon request?

I have an active Powerbot account - Genius15. Member since October 18th 2011 and with over 250 positive trade feedbacks. If needed, I can PM for verification.

 

This account Estgaming was banned for self vouching: fake vouches

Estgaming's registered email links to ValidUser - powerbot

This account also has an exact geolocation match with you, and since it was not disputed at the time you are liable for the debts on Powerbot as well.

You will need to do what @Wortel said and resolve the offsite ban -

Make a thread on Powerbot here: Support.
Admit to ban evading "Validuser" from your profile "Genius15", ask for the ban reasons and sort out your bans/debts there aswell.

Hello again!

I've made a topic to the Powerbot forum - An intriguing problem

But a problem occurred, ValidUser has been banned and the person he scammed is also banned.
Both banned, one 5 years ago and other 6 years ago.

Also the staff mentioned "Some old topics were simply deleted, the only one I can find is this although it is not the reason for the ban"

I have contacted the person who ValidUser scammed, Microdriver. I Found 2 of his Skype ID's from previous threads and added him via Skype. So far no response.

If I can not reach the victim, what will happen then?

 

@Genius15 - This is a question for the PowerBot staff, once this offsite report is handled your pardon can move forward here. If you are unable to get into contact with the victim their staff should assist you with the funds
