    I'm extremely sorry about this, guys. I was told our tech team is still working on this, and I have already made a follow up upon reading your posts.

    Some of the people I am talking to about this are able to post/re-list offers again, but some (like you and the rest) have been unable to, still—just to set your expectations. I will ask our tech team to have this heavily prioritized.

    Still not working. Seriously, what is wrong? Have been trying to relist almost 60 times now. It is driving my patience to its limit.

    A website as big as yours and you can only get the IT team working during the working hours? For real? Fixing should be your number 1 priority and it has to be done even during the off hours.

    Hello, I have an open dispute, which has been reviewed and had an error again by the reviewing team.

    My PA username is leokrubbs, and the order # is "Dispute  #63361"


    The notes state "we have decided in favor of leokrubbs", which is me, however the disbursement notes state that the amount is being refunded to the buyer.

    This buyer recieved this account, linked it to his email, then reported a problem so he can steal the account and gold on it, which I knew was going to happen at some point by seling accounts with unregistered emails that gave buyers the ability to do this, however I had faith the resolution system would protect against this.

    Why does the case state that it's been decided in my favor, however the disbursement amount is being sent back to the buyer? Is this another error done by the review team? I have had this happen before for a much smaller amount, and it was just an error.

    This amount is a lot larger this time, and is a bit worrysome that small manual errors like this have happened twice now.

    Hello Rune/leokrubbs. I checked with the team and there was a mistake with sending the notification to the correct user; rest assured that this mistake will be noted in the team and will be addressred properly and internally. However, there was no mistake in the decision that the buyer won the dispute and will be getting a refund --- I made sure of this through the logs they were able to show me since the buyer was able to correctly prove his claim and moreover, he paid for insurance on this order. I apologize for the confusion.

    Is anyone else having major issues with the listing offer? I set my listing offer to 20 minutes delivery time and I have decently high feedback, but yet it drops me below a bunch of other sellers who listed their offer at 24 hours delivery. Its some BS and I've missed numerous sales because of it.

    @PlayerAuctions, I assume you guys are a millionare-company with the fees you guys charge and the sales you get, as someone said above, for the fees you charge and the estimated income you guys probably get, a working website should be your priority. If the sellers/buyers cannot buy/sell properly, you also lose money. These problems have been ongoing for at least a week now, any company that is serious about their business would've dealt with these problems ASAP.

    @PlayerAuctions I'm having the same issue as @badestboy4life - my offers on 20 minute delivery are appearing at the bottom of the page, even below people with significantly lower feedback and on longer delivery guarantees (2 hour & 24 hour). Please look into it, this bug is costing me hundreds of dollars in profits. I have also sent an email to [email protected] with pictures explaining the situation, but have had no reply.

    Not at all. Buyers will still need to provide compelling evidence to be able to make a claim on refunds with regards to game account losses, as shown here: https://i.imgur.com/xuvAhYo.png

    @badestboy4life and @Searchy, and anyone affected by the incorrect ordering of offers based on the delivery time:

    I received confirmation from our tech team that there is indeed a new issue with improper ordering of offers based on the delivery time. I pressed on the urgency of this and I was told that they have started work on this; they're doing what they can to have this sorted out quickly. I know this can have a negative impact on your sales and for that I sincerely apologize. I will post once I receive an update but they usually have this fixed before they can even inform me, so if you post by then you may already start noticing positive changes.

    I'll do what I can to continuously follow this up to them.

    Your page refreshing issue still exists. It has been 2 weeks now. My sales have come down since I got to know from a few buyers that when they pay for an order and hit enter, their screen goes back to "Pay Now" screen again.

    Sorry that it's still happening on your end; I talked to our tech team and this should have been fixed since last week. I will let them know about this and for now, please try asking your buyers to refresh their page or use a different browser temporarily. It's possible that the current page is drawing from a cached version of the site. My apologies for this.

    I've notified our tech team about this again. I'm really sorry, this should have been fixed, and I'm not sure why this is happening still. I'll keep tabs on it and for now, kindly use a different browser or refresh + clear the cache on your current one.

    Hello, I am seller on PlayerAuctions, and on Monday I got email from PA that there is an issue with the order from more than half year ago, it stated that my offers and disbursements will be paused until it is resolved, I have sent buyer a message through PA and we have resolved everything, buyer have confirmed that everything is fine in messages too, so the case is resolved and everything is good, Im waiting 2nd day for PA to reply, please let me know if there's a way to fasten it, becouse I have many products to list for sale and would like to resolve it asap, would be really appriciated!
