[DENIED] With the recent scams going on

People that end up getting banned for scamming and somehow manage to find a way back on the forum should be liable for paying back the people they scammed double of what they took.

 

Yeah no, people rarely pay back to begin with, but if we did this they wouldn't ever pay back.

It seems likelihood of someone wanting to pay back debt is more likely than with ban

nope.I would rather have someone pay me back with a replacement then have them be banned.Then I hope they learn from there mistake.

 

While I understand what you're going after, I think it'll do more bad than good. I believe more people would be interested in getting just what was scammed instead of the likelihood of never getting it back, although the chance of them paying back is likely low anyways.

 

A pardon is a clean slate. Repayment is rare and we would like to encourage users to right their wrongs. Adding additional debt would discourage users from pardoning and in return would mean less repayment for victims.
