    Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:

    The victim wanted me to send him an offer which was odd, after sending him the trade offer i thought everything is going to go well because i have him added on steam from a long time he is a old friend that i used to play counter strike competitively with and he speaks our native language not sending him the unique steam id is a fault on my end.

    Good news is that, i have learned from the mistake and i am now sending in chat my unique steam ID in all trades.

    Anything else you wish to say: There is still no clear reason why the initial (the trade offer i sent) was declined, It only gets declined if the victim clicks decline offer manually.
