Requesting a pardon [king tijn 2/rpgstash.com]

    Your profile link: RPGStash.com

Report/post/reason that got you banned: rpgstash impersonating

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: It was ruled by moderator that no damages were to be paid.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: There is another thread connected to the very same issue RPGSTASH is a Plagiarist

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

As a Sythe user for over 12 years who started trading and building up my name from nothing I understand the heated reactions and on behalf of my organization and myself I want to apologize to everyone affected. I hope I am not asking for too much but if you give me a couple of minutes of your time I can explain the situation in full so you can see where I am coming from and how this came to be.

I, formerly known as King Tijn 2, joined rpgstash as a trader and customer support representative in 2013 and over time I have become a manager of both customer support and trading. Recently I decided to rename my Sythe account to better reflect my business affiliation. The business structure is relatively big and multi jointed with separate customer support, trading, IT, and marketing departments. Each of these departments have their own manager and team that carry out their daily activities autonomously. It was first brought to my attention here on Sythe that the marketing team was experimenting with paid search keywords such as aribagold and crazygold. Marketing is not my area so I did not review the material in depth. I simply assumed it was not relevant to our activity here on Sythe so I responded in the threads with the marketing manager's answers that he provided me with when confronted on the issue. I then spoke to a moderator that informed me on Sythe policy regarding these matters and after that I informed the marketing manager accordingly and prompted him to implement required changes. By the time the second thread - the one that triggered the ban - was posted here on Sythe the required changes had been partially but not fully implemented. Please note that the ads referenced in the two threads were created at the same time so the two claims relate to a single violation of Sythe rules. Not that it excuses anything but it is important to understand that it is not a matter of repeat offenses.

I have always been an honest and respectable person and member of this community and do not condone impersonating anyone for any reason whether on Sythe or elsewhere. In between managing my areas of the business and getting ready for having my first baby it has been overwhelming for me to bear the brunt of this incident. Nevertheless, I assume responsibility for what has happened and I apologize for not following up closely enough on these matters and seeing them through in a timely fashion. I am truly sorry and regretful. With respect to the future I can assure you that necessary measures have already been taken within our organization to prevent this from happening again and the marketing manager has informed me that all related ads and pages are deleted and that nothing has been indexed by any search engines. This you can confirm on google.com.

When considering my pardon request please take into consideration the following:

    • We are not a threat to Sythe community in any possible ways. As I have never tried to use impersonating tactics as the general approach but providing a quality service and building up my customers/suppliers loyalty. I have never scammed anyone or done anything dodgy and never will I.
    • My business reputation both on Sythe forum and outside of it. I have been a good standing Sythe forum user for many years, have never had any issues with customers and suppliers. I do not have any major Sythe forum rules violation. And on top of it keeping a healthy relationship with Sythe administration by complying with the rules (well until this unfortunate misunderstanding accident). We also have excellent reviews out of Sythe RPGStash.com is rated "Excellent" with 9.6 / 10 on Trustpilot. RPGStash.com Reviews - Read 1,778 Genuine Customer Reviews | www.rpgstash.com
    • Bigger picture. This marketing approach was just a minor experimental try from our marketing team but not even connected to our bigger intention. Such as to work closely with Sythe forum business. We have recently re-worked our threads, made dedicated manager look after forum threads and forum customers and planning for some exclusive offers for Sythe users.
    • And of course the ads/pages from this marketing experiment have been permanently deleted by the marketing team to avoid further issues.
Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes.

Previous pardon link(s) if applicable: Not applicable.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read my request and I humbly ask you to consider my pardon.

    Sincerely,
    King Tijn 2

Appreciate the post, however, this is not a ban you will be able to pardon from. This ban expires Jun 21, 2019, your account will return back to its original state.
