TWC Dispute/Removal Request

Link to/reason for TWC: Outsourcing (Once) + Missing deadlines various times

Trust wasn't the issue here, many people including moderators can still deem me as a very trusted individual. All work delayed or late was refunded. Refund amounts were ($2500+) Trust isn't the problem, I just have to be able to deliver on time.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: In my defense, outsourcing and letting the client know beforehand was not a rule before I had done it, but I'll gladly still take the L and let them know in the future before I outsource their work. My design team did not support video editing hence why I had to outsource to get their work done. I can also make it clear or let them know several times that their work is being outsourced so we do not have similar problem in the future. I will complete work on the deadlines I provide to my customers, there is no excuses for it being late but these were the reasons why I had gotten the TWC. Work wasn't just late once, but multiple times sadly.

Anything else you wish to say: I am not a thread to the community in any way but I will work on improving not only my self but my time speed, taking less orders unless I know 100% that I am capable of finishing these on the deadlines I've provided to my customers. I will make sure I deliver the quality of work I advertise on my thread. When I do outsource a project for w/e reason, I will be clear and make sure the customer understands what I am doing so there isn't any issues later on. I hope I can get this TWC removed and continue doing business on Sythe.org

What bugs me is that there were a few reports made after you've received that TWC and the main reason was the product wasn't delivered on time and that's something very important when you run a business. Sure you're not a threat to this website, we can all agree to that statement but I tend to believe the TWC has to stay in place until you can make an habit of delivering your orders on time. No support this time around, will be able to support when we get a complete month without any reports made.

 

Not supporting this time aswell, would like the TWC to remain for a bit longer.

 

Support, haven't seen a problem in the past month and the report that is being reference to my knowledge wasn't a valid report, and the product was delivered within a very reasonable timeframe.

 

No this time, I'll support after one more month of no late deliveries.
