[DENIED] Change author addon

This has been requested many times and those 2 addons (one only needed) seems to make it possible. Right now if staff wants to change the creator of the threads they need to find a post of the new author prior to the date of the thread the previous author made it. Once found they must copy their post into a new thread and edit it from there. This seems to fix all of this.

In addition to this if this is implemented I'd also like to make use of this by editing all current thread stickies OP's into @Sythe himself and/or @Sythe User Center. This will prevent the OP's of those threads to be massively spammed by questions and will also get rid of the possibility that a OP of a thread is banned and therefore needs a new OP.

While I don't expect this particular addon to be added in since we prefer to create them ourselves - I do wish to speeden up those to be made since it'll help us alot.

 

The addons are for XF 2.x, which we most likely won't be upgrading to anytime soon.
