I filed a dispute with PA and got denied after I bought an account and the seller recovered it within 2 weeks, I don't understand why I was denied - I provided clear evidence, the seller provided 0 evidence supporting his claims and won the dispute, and now i'm out $170 to a scammer. I also bought membership on the account which I disputed with American Express.
I can provide screenshots to prove the seller is a scammer should you ask.

Please help

 

Hello brye/Stoger. I was able to check and the team found the evidence you sent to be insufficient. Due to security reasons, I cannot access the dispute logs directly. I don't want to make any promises and I'd like to make it clear that there are no guarantees, but if you have the time, please PM me the screenshots/evidence you have. I am having serious frustrations with your support team on two pending issues.

Over the past 4 months, I purchased two accounts from player auctions, with insurance, and both accounts have been reclaimed. I spent over 500$ USD and lost access to my money, and both accounts.

Account 1:
Order ID: 4473135
Seller: PsilocybinRS

Account 2:
Order ID: 4410728
Seller: NZGoldSeller

Both accounts were reclaimed after 1 week of access. I submitted tickets to PlayerAuctions support but they keep rejecting my claim. I am very frustrated as I put so much money into PA and have been scammed both times.

Can you please look into this.

I purchased an osrs account awhile back, it got banned, and I need to recover it. I have been trying to contact the seller Hadi1408 but to no avail. I'm wondering if you can contact the seller for me. I bought the account Feb 2017 and just wondering if he would have any idea or guess where it would have been created (country and month). I have the email user email too if that would help. Would be a huge help if you can

Hi, I think one of my orders from February 2017 is missing. I remember ordering it but I cant find any order history. Would love some help with this

 

Anyone else having issues on PlayerAuctions? Basically, the page refreshes when I click on "Send" or "Update For Sale Offer" and nothing changes. Everything remains how it was without changes. I'm unable to send messages to buyers or create offers.

As for the order missing last February 2017, I can maybe try finding it for you --- kindly PM me and tell me what game it was for, what product did you buy (currency, item, or account?) - that will help in my search for your order. Please do tell what the issue with that order is as well so I can help you out with it.

Thanks for letting me know about this, I received 1 similar report just a while ago. I will bring this up to our tech team so they can find out what went wrong and work on a fix. Sorry for the hassle this is causing you, we'll do what we can to sort this out ASAP.

 

Things are worse now. The 503 errors are back, and I can neither create offers nor am I able to send messages to buyers. Potential buyers are also unable to send me messages regarding my offers. So, basically, PlayerAuctions has become almost unusable now.

 

Been having these same website issues for a long time, but now it's impossible to even post an account for sale. Pages keep refreshing and the info disappears. I enter it again, same thing happens. Rinse and repeat and it's a perfect recipe for high blood pressure

Tried incognito mode, different computers, restarting, etc. and nothing. It's definitely an issue on there end.

Customer support has been terrible on every single issue I've had with them in the past though.

Took 2 weeks after opening a ticket just to get a response, and they only responded because I used profanity.

For the fees they charge, a working website shouldn't be too much to ask.
