How they scammed: Took my GP and told me I did not accept the trade

Update - Eden told me I was trading him when I was trading another customer. He also confirmed It was him in trade when I traded an imposter

Exactly as my agent as told you, there was no need for this post. You will be paid in full. There was a miscommunication with our colleagues we were flipping too, thus this incident happened.

 

Why would he lie to me about him being the one accepting the gold? and then i "traded an imposter" after he confirmed it was him, either this was a scam attempt or huge negligence on his part, its at the very least TwC worthy and at the worst an attempted scam.


As one of our moderators works for you this will need to be handled by an Admin (same occurrence happened with the company I work for).

 

Yes our third party confirmed the trade to an imposter, hence all parties paying their dues, and no fault of your own. As someone who worked in livechat for 4 years before starting this business, you are very wrong if you dont think these kinds of mistakes happen. Or else there wouldnt be imposters in the first place. Please update this thread after you are paid in full, as my livechat agent is currently doing so. Thank you, and my apologies for this unfortunate accident.
