Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
A) He used the same statement that RuneOrder/Mimi used to use "Brb 2b stake" (nice meme btw you poor fuck!)
B) The profile was made on April 17th 2017 and became active right after Mimi was banned? Screenshot - a3d20a0971680cc7fbb3a50cfe44d463 - Gyazo (the report that got him banned Mimi 2b 07 gp scamm on Jan 14th)
C) Also has very similar interests in renting max mains and also selling 07 gold. It literally all aligns correctly with Mimi's ban date etc.
Coincidence? I think not.

While Chase is certainly an user to be dealt with caution with especially after such statements though this is insufficient proof. They are from the same countries, though the IP's and locations are way too far off. It did give me an idea about on which profile Mimi might be ban evading though and I'll have a look a that asap.
