Yes. so what happened was i was doing these 3 jobs as an employer at hope's discord, i went out for an hour maybe 2 to do some stuff, in the meantime i was talking with someone over discord with my phone about doing BGloves for me (Unrelated to this) i start noticing my discord having it's servers removed and a few minutes later i get logged out, the pictures doesn't realy prove anything either, i basicly offered hope to take my (Almost full deposit) which is currently at around 60-65m and should be around 100m by thursday when payment occurs, i would then one way or another try to gather the last money as soon as he gave me an amount lost by the customers which he never gave to me. i have been trying to solve this ever since i noticed my discord being hijacked, sorry if this is not the best formulation.

Your account security is your own responsibility, whether that's Discord, sythe or anything else.

I'd suggest you try figure out how your discord was breached. Begin by making sure your pc is clean (antivirus, anti-malware scans). Look into setting up two-step verification for both sythe and your Discord account so it doesn't happen again and use a separate email account for everything, with unique passwords.

 

Keeping the DNT for now until we figure out any scam victims.

 

I completely understand and i take full responsibility as well, as i stated to Hope (as i didn't know whether anyone had been hit due to my idioty) If he could let me know if anyone lost anything as well as the full amount he could take that from my deposit as to my knowledge that's what the deposit covers + let me know how much extra i would have to cover and i will happily do that.

- Regarding the antivirus and antimalware, i did have antimalwarebytes as well as Avast Antivirus but due to a recent reinstall (which for some reason only worked on my C: Drive) i had yet to reinstall it.

Or through any means that proves the wealth was on the account at the time that this happened. This is limited by our ToS, which you acknowledged either on our thread, Before you get access to the discord to open a ticket , or on the ticket itself (if you used our legacy system)

 

Hi,

FL Pacca - one of the victims of the scam that occurred. So, I contracted services from HopeAIO on Friday/Saturday I believe. 81 - 99 str was requested, paid 75.5m to HopeAIO for NMZ Prayer Pot services. I purchased 2k prayer pots required for the service and had those on the account. Equipment for training, and also RSGP for NMZ services + money in the coffer.

Total value lost was 53.4m in bank value + anything wielded at that point in time. Fury (3m), d scim, regen bracelet (3m), berserker ring (3.8m) + 1m in the coffer.

Total lost: 64.2m.

I purchased services through HopeAIO discord so was not aware of the requirement on Sythe to screenshot wealth - however, I'm like 80% certain I did take a point in time screenshot prior to handing over my account, just need to wait until I go home to confirm

Really keen to just get my lost wealth back and resume services, but I am apprehensive based on what has occurred here which is really disappointing.

PROOF

Screenshots of bank value (not including items that are currently worn. Only difference is money was converted into prayer pots as required. Money was stored on account for coffer purposes - other items left on the account in case required to purchase more ppots. I was given some direction on how many required but wasn't definitive. Other items - i.e. prayer bonus and str bonus items were left on the account so trainer could make informed decision. These screenshots preceded (momentarily) before handing over to HopeAIO.

Total value lost around 65m.

As a note I’d like to be refunded 65m for bank and 77.5m for services. Total around 140m.

 

Also, to note, if @07ServiceProvider (Nick) was indeed hacked, he can confirm the financial position of my account as above ^.

 

Hello, Incarceron (wath), posting regarding my account financials that were lost. I paid 20.15m on Thursday, March 7th for a skilling service from HopeAIO services and was assigned @07ServiceProvider as my worker. I had no direct contact with him prior to this service and only was talking with him in the Discord channel for my service. A total of ~50m was taken in items and untradeables. The hacker left placeholders for the items taken so I can name exactly what is missing.

EDIT: To add on to what is said. I can screenshot my bank with the missing items still being in placeholder and @07ServiceProvider can confirm that the items were in the bank since he had full access to my bank during the service.

As I've stated to a couple of you, please contact Gladiator with what you have for proof. HopeAIO will be refunding anything that we are liable for (ie gladiators ruling) that you guys provide proof for and is admissible under our ToS. Any extra money leftover will be given to potential past victims (wortels post about showing nick was a ban evader)

 

The proof (if any) should be posted here, I've mentioned this to them already. Discord conversations, screenshots, anything else to suggest the supplies or wealth should be provided here.

Firstly i'd like to know why a Worker was given access to my account that was worth more than his deposit???He has posted earlier confirming he had provided a deposit to hope of 50m to become a worker, My service cost more then 50m & there was a 60m Bank on the account (total 110m) ?

I am also going to assume that the account with the 60m bank mentioned in the above screenshot was mine.


I DID NOT take a screenshot of my wealth prior to the service starting as it wasn't a requirement in the T.O.S on Tylers thread, i do acknowledge that he states the wealth of the account is not his responsibility unless a valid reason, Which i believe i had which is why i left the 60m in items on the account,
That reason is i paid for SLAYER training to be done via Blowpipe & Cannon. In order to efficiently train that skill via those methods items & supplies need to be left on the account.

I did have Discord message in the open ticket for the service that confirmed from Nick?OSRSServices that i had the supplies on the account needed however that has since been deleted? strange.. not happy to say the least and i want my money and more importantly my bank back!

I paid 52M for my service and had 60m on the account for the Slayer to be completed via the agreed methods, i expect to be fully reimbursed.
Logs w/ Storm confirming the methods to be used.. Common sense would say that in order to gain 700k slayer xp via the agreed methods i'd need atleast 50m worth of items/supplies!! (blowpipe/cannon/barrage)! I didn't order a cheap to train skill....

So if our services were refunded & then the 160m was disbursed to the victims (me, FL and incarc) it indeed does cover reimbursements for our stolen banks (Myself 60m, FL 53m & incarc at 50m)

That seems the logical resolution here..
