RPGSTASH is a Plagiarist

How they scammed: (Plagiarism)
I have seen RPGStash.com using my name on their site to bring more traffic. They are even using our old pictures on their site and our name AribaGold.

If anyone types into google AribaGold than they are at top page of the website (Please check relevant trade screenshoots) and customers are being tricked by thinking that they are on AribaGold when they are actually on RPGStash.com, as well as being against the law, it's also affecting our reoccurring customers who are expecting to go AribaGold instead of RPGStash.com when they type AribaGold into google.

It says "Welcome to AribaGold"
As well as having a direct copy of our old slider images.

I don't know how flawed your web browser is but neither of those issues appear for me, so either they fixed this really quick (even when the owner had no knowledge of what an UI is so I doubt it) or something's up with those pictures. Would you mind linking me those pages instead?

If you go to this link you would be able to see they are using our name. @Wortel

 

First of all, Aribagold is not a trademarked term so anyone can bid on it in Google ads. This is not plagiarism. This is fair game. Especially considering that what you sell on your website, Runescape gold, is not your property in the first place. If you want it to stop simply trademark your name and search engines such as Google won't let anyone bid on it.

Second, the image used on the page in question is not your property anymore than Runescape gold is your property and it it was certainly not chosen for purposes of plagiarization.

That being said, as a courtesy we have now updated the text on the landing page to make matters less ambiguous.
