Avatar won't upload even though it's under 1mb

I've made this avatar for a client, but neither of us can get it to upload to Sythe despite it being around 800kb size.



Any ideas?​

i re-sized it from 200x200 to 150x150 and it worked for me @mux

Thanks bro. Downsizing to 192x192 worked for me.

I don't know how many times I'll have to repeat this, but the issue is with the amount of frames. Reduce the amount of frames and you should be fine. Your avatar for example has around 75 frames, while mine have around 15. Basically the GIF is just too long.

 

The problem wasn't with the amount of frames because lowering the resolution from 200x200 to 192x192 solved the issue. I'll bare in mind that too many frames can be a problem though, thank you.

 

Well it's either having a smaller avatar or having less frames.
