    If he doesn't reply to our email (not to your message; replying to you does not count, it has to be to us) then our staff can check --- if it has reached 3-5 days (this varies depending on the case), then we can go ahead and close the case in your favor. Rest assured that even on Saturdays, we still have support staff working on cases, so by tomorrow if there's still no reply, our agent can review the case and may close it in your favor.

    #60752 but the seller and I have reached an agreement on the refund after the fact. are you able to cancel it so I can redo it?

    @PlayerAuctions There is a service I have that require the buyer to give me log in to play 3 games on their account. Is there anyway I can do it on PlayerAuctions and what section should I post it? I've posted it in CD-Key section but everytime buyers buy it, the payment got declined and I couldn't ask them for log in details because of PlayerAuctions rule I guess. My services are Galaxy Skin Service for Fortnite and will soon do IKONIK Skin service on March 8th.

    hi. are there any updates regarding the disbursement? The buyer has not messaged me onsite at all nor has the support team responded to my replies on email.. If the buyer hasn't responded since yesterday how come i also have not yet received the disbursement? Please help..

    Hi there. I asked an agent and she confirmed with me that the dispute went through successfully. Your seller fully agreed and your refund is now being processed. Unfortunately, we can no longer re-open the same order (if that's what you meant, since now the order is already cancelled). You will have to place an order again on a different offer or any offer from the same seller. You may choose to do this before or after you get the refund; it depends on you. Let me know if you have other questions about this.

    Hey, hello again. Services like those should be included in Power Leveling, but please take note that Power Leveling has increased fees; this is to ensure the quality of transactions being done for that section. The payment decline could also be caused naturally by our site as part of the anti-fraud risk management system that I always tell buyers (payments get declined if the buyer has inaccurate/inconsistent account information).     Hi again, Ramza. I checked on your ticket thread as well as the buyer's; He replied over the weekend before his time limit was up, but our agents are now asking him for evidence. Rest assured that there are two layers to this: (1) he needs to send us valid evidence, and (2) the evidence he sends should be compelling and if not, we will close the case in your favor. I know it has been long enough but we're going through the correct process right now, and we need to afford your buyer every opportunity he needs to make the dispute fair. If he is bluffing his way, he won't be able to show us good evidence, anyway. If you have concerns during this, just send me a PM anytime, Ramza.

    You know its interesting how i start having "flagged issues" with my account after I left a bad review on another site, and declined to remove it after "Richard" asked me if i would do so.

    I was suspended for including my Discord in my offer post. You are demanding me to pay $150 in order to unsuspend my account, all because I wanted to be more transparent with my potential buyer. Please look into this and reconsider.

    Hello. I am writing in regards to a recent purchase I have been trying to make. #4685627 is the order number I believe. My username is doubleant. Everytime I try and make a purchase it says payment failed. I have attempted on 2 different cards. I also dont have the option of using paypal or paypal credit. I have submitted a ticket in regards to that a week ago but I have received no reply. If I could just get some help making this purchase or to find out why I am being declined I would much appreciate it.

    Hey, the very same Richard here. I was also the one replying to you months ago when you first contacted me. The payment decline is an automated process on our site and has nothing to do with reviews; we ask people as a request to resolve/remove reviews but there are no repercussions for not doing so. That said, I'm really sorry I can't bypass the process for you, but if you have order IDs that require refunding, just let me know.

    Our agents found evidence of this on your chatlog that's why your account was limited. We have now reduced your suspension from permanent to just 30-days. Please be VERY careful next time not to share personal info, contacts, links, etc. that aims to take conversations or transactions outside of PA. If you are spotted doing so, the suspension *may* be final and even paying a fee could no longer be available.

    Hello Anthony. Our site has an automated anti-fraud security measure that actively checks accounts for information inconsistencies and/or inaccuracies. When these are found, our system will have to decline the payment on the premise that paying accounts should have accurate information, as accounts paying with bogus information can be considered fraud. Due to security precautions, we cannot tell users the exact reason and/or info where the flag happened in order to prevent users from simulating the system and creating a workaround, increasing the likelihood of fraud cases.

    What I can suggest you to do is double check your account info and make sure all information is accurate; kindly make sure the names and info are the same on your payment account, and that you're using an active and long-standing email account. Try paying again but if it still doesn't work, your other option would be to use GoCoin as a payment.

    Just wanted to let you guys know that whenever I hit "Buy now" on a listing. My browser gives me an error "too many redirects" and the page refuses to load. I haven't been able to buy anything for days now. Across multiple browsers, computers etc.

    Hello Wesley. Our team will not be able to decide on this while the case is not escalated, so this means either you or the buyer will have to escalate this first before our team can make a decision on this. If your evidences so far seem ample enough, you may go ahead and escalate this and the team will decide on the case based on which side is able to present the most sound and compelling evidence/proof.

    A dispute case #62184 was closed and I received this email.

    Dear PlayerAuctions support,

    The story was:
    - He bought my account few months ago
    - I delivered
    - few months later, I received a notice someone logged into the Gmail when EpicGames email was available to change. (it was him, I received the notification from Google because he hadn't changed his recovery information, will send evidence in picture)
    - He pmed me backand I told him to secure his Email which he did
    - He told me he couldn't log in to his EpicGames
    - I pmed the old owner and he said he didn't recover it and it's been few months
    - I told him that nothing I could do, I'm not the og owner. He can just chargeback the money he used to buy vbuck in the account to get it banned, he will have some money back
    - Then he opened the dispute :(

    The account was delivered through PlayerAuctions system, proof: Imgur


    I believe you guys can check it there. This is the FIRST ever case I have received in over 100+ accounts I've sold out on marketplaces and on PlayerAuctions. It was really coincident that the email was able to change and he logged in before it's lost. He logged in his email and I'm not sure if he changed his email or not. then He pmed me and said the account was lost and he couldn't log in. I contacted the og owner(who I bought it from) he said he didn't recover it and it's been few months! I even really surprised when he disputed because 99.9% of my account is almost impossible to recover (like I said, first ever case in 100+ account sold out and 67 accounts was delivered on PlayerAuctions)

    The account wasn't banned or anything and he was happy with it. Please investigate this further and make it clear. I even gave him an account to play instead in the meantime until he find another account. To be honest, I sell a lot of stuff on PlayerAuctions, pay all the fee not to get scammed this way or wasting my time waiting for my money on disbursement. It would be frustrating for me. I'm truly sorry that I'm not happy with my disbursement is on hold for this reason. I have to cancel all my inventory and delay to open my iKONIK Skin Service for Fortnite to just resolve this.

    He said the account doesn't match with description but I literally put pictures of the account(locker,skin, etc.) in the description. Even double check it again and it does have what I stated on the title. :( too much disputes for life

    Hello again. You probably misread this, please check again --- you actually won this dispute. Your buyer fully agreed to your dispute claim so this was resolved in your favor. Kindly check order 4458376 on your account and as well on the dispute notifications. :)
