myaccount got banned

Heya, I tried to log into my account and i got a message saying i was banned for "Ban Evading?"
im not too sure what this is about. my account was imstill_spun

What would i have to do to prove this. After i made $100 donation i had kudi help me make my account look good for my avitiar pic and banners and whatnot.

 

I am imstill_spun aka noobish_act aka BadHorse. i am not kudi. i Donated $100 and i had kudi help me set up my profile pic and banners cause i didnt know how. i did knwo that kudi was banned when i had him do this and didnt know it would result in me getting banned.

 

myaccount got banned was my original dispute.
i was told if i post from my home internet that i would help show you guys that i am not kudi. I really appriate any help i can get.

I talked with him Via in game osrs. He gave me a teamviewer code and i was able to see his computer and i logged in for him. He told me it was going to take a little bit so i went to sleep. Idk i guess he must of stayed logged in after he said he got the avitar and and banners done = \

I've looked into the IPs of both accounts and have come to the same conclusion. Unless you have:

or other evidence that clears your name from Kudi's, this ban will stay. You should also include reasons as to why you and Kudi share the same geo-loc from multiple states on multiple different log in dates.

I'm not too sure what all of that means. i know him and i use the same place for our VPS. I can send you copys of my internet bill or whatever you guys need that would help me.

 

Seems pretty straight forward what Gen said there, even me as a foreigner understood what he was saying there.

I wouldn't say you're a foreigner in this situation i understand you are from a different country and whatnot but I have no idea what what he said means. I dont know how to get and retrieve evidence on something that i have 0 understanding about (hence why I go to kudi for thos needs) idk if he would but I could see if he will post to you guys. I thought the issue initially was you guys believed that I am kudi. and I'm not I will quit using his help if need be =/

 

If you do not know and are unable to obtain evidence of sharing your login details with @Kudi you'll have to pardon for his offences, which will include refunding his scam victims. I'm sorry but too many evidence was provided to suggest you're actually @Kudi himself. We're certain you're @Kudi, you're saying you're not because you let him login on your account to help setup threads or whatever, which is against the rules aswell. We've provided evidence to suggest you're @Kudi, and all you have is your word versus our evidence. If you have evidence to back up your claims we'd love to hear from you once again.

 

I cannot provide me giving him my login as I said before that happened in game chat I hope these images will help prove I am not him. and as stated before also I'm willing to stop using his help / even if you guys are unwilling to unbann me I dont believe I'll use his services in the future either. this is becoming wayy too much to deal with

Yea that proves nothing in regards to the account sharing.

 

with the pics I was just trying to show you that kudi and I are not the same person. I did let him on my account to do my avitar and banner ect. if givin my account back I will resecure it and not share with anyone anymore. I have been told that there are plenty of people on the forums that will assist and walk me through how to do most things on here.
