Reporting terrapin for scamming, hacking threats, whole 9 yards

Explanation of the trade: Bought $39 worth of 07 gold within two trades shortly prior to a game rollback. Every customer besides this one refunded the gold without question. This one not only denied to refunded it, but proceeded to tell me his best friend is a millionaire hacker who is going to hack me, track me down and screw me up, that I should kill myself, etc... I am not sure if I should post this report at risk of him hacking me with his Matrix buddies but I'll go through with it anyway
Amount scammed: $39 (two trades, one for 30m and one for 26M - 56M total)
How they scammed: Kept gold from rollback, proceeded to threaten to kill me, tell me to kill myself, threaten to hack me with his millionaire bitcoin hacker friends

Don't have the time to really look into it, but pretty sure it's rooted by his mannerisms
