    It seems pretty clear to me that despite PlayerAuctions claiming "we will be taking necessary sanctions against the seller's account.", ultimately no action will be taken considering the seller is haidi1408, the biggest seller on PlayerAuctions.

    On the most recent page of his feedback, there are 3 negative reviews claiming botted accounts. Same situation I am in.

    I would like to know if I am eligible for this. I do not think it is fair for unsuspecting buyers to be penalized in this situation. The seller knowingly sold me an account leveled through botting and has made zero attempts to resolve my complaint.

    If I'm being told that I need insurance to cover the losses from the biggest seller on PlayerAuctions (with nearly 300k reviews), that is a pretty poor reflection of the website as a whole.

    I am not able to check the logs and process for this, but I will talk to the support team and ask them to follow through with what was said with regards to the seller.

    I have brought this up and it's not necessarily the insurance, but rather, the evidence sent was not conclusive enough. Even during my initial inquiry, I was already told that the evidence was not enough --- they never even mentioned anything about the order lacking insurance. If it was a reclamation case, the lack of insurance would have been the reason. However, as this is a botting case, it was treated differently --- as we have discussed in one of the earlier posts.

    The team also informed me that the botting ban happened after the account sale. If this was something triggered or caused by the seller, it would have happened before the sale, and the account was already up on offer for several days. This would mean the botting was not caused by the seller.

    I'm aware that this is the second time a case has turned unfavorably for you. I'm very sorry, I really tried to appeal for your behalf and I have communicated everything that I can with the team, but as per their decision the seller cannot be held liable or put at at fault given their findings after the case.

    I realize it's unlikely i will be refunded so I will save us both time. Fyi for future reference, botting bans do happen after sales and are typically in banning "busts" where a large number of accounts are banned at one time. Something to keep in mind for future disputes as i feel there will be many more with the seller heidi1408.

    Can we a just agree @PlayerAuctions is a fairly large joke at this point. You appear to seldomly penalize sellers for fraudulant activities, and for some odd reason have a system setup where users who do deals receive positive feedback rather than neutral.

    I mean hell, I spent $115 with a single user through transactions, then he goes and charges back on the game qnd getting my account suspended until I buy the equivalent amount of game currency, evidently due to not confirming delivery according to other people in his recent rep. But no, this is outside of your "jurisdiction". It's not like these sellers cause your site to lose more people because they get scammed.

    ive been waiting about two weeks for my dispute to my paypal of $150 and when the time came you sent me the money then quickly cancelled it minutes later. Now it says the disbursement time is "Now being processed" for a couple of days now.

I understand that your sentiment is that there are many known platforms or services outside of PlayerAuctions, but while you're on our site, discussions about that are strictly prohibited and will lead to penalties and/or suspensions. If you thoroughly understand this and would no longer do it again, please reply back to the email and confirm it. In case it happens again, our team would have to suspend your account again and impose a fee that you will have to pay in order to have your account reinstated.

    I have an issue with playerauctions as well, specifically in regard to why my paypal is being flagged by their "at risk system" with no reason given, nor explanation. I will add my paypal is in excellent standing, and successfully makes purchases elsewhere, below is the "response" by Melissa "supervisor".

    Why is paypal suddenly being declined by your billing system when there is plenty of funds in my bank account, and why am i being advised to use gocoin? this is not very customer friendly, explain please thank you



    This is the laziest and pathetic excuse i have ever seen in regard to a customer service response. IF you all no longer accept paypal then come out and let your customers know its better to do this then blow smoke up their behinds and give crappy customer service.

    @PlayerAuctions I have been trying to make purchases on my account with my credit card and the purchases will not go through. In the past I have bought over 1,000 dollars worth of purchases which all went through fine. I have not gotten any responses or replies on my tickets. My account name is 1xmagicianx1. Please look into this I really want to buy this item! (GoCoin is horrible and does not work)

    Hi playerauctions, I have an issue with disbursements on an account i just recently sold for $200.

    I sold the account and gave all of the necessary information to the buyer so he could fully secure the account. The buyer then confirms full delivery of the account and confirms the transaction on site. 3 days later, I was expecting to receive my disbursement but the order seems to be stuck on "Queued for immediate processing." It has been like this for about 3 days now. I really need the funds and would hopefully like to be paid for the account i just sold.. Hope this gets resolved soon.

    Hey, so i dont know if its a bug or what, but it says my account has been suspended when i try to access my onsite messages or anything, although my offers are still active, i also have 3 pending payments, are you guys gonna pay me or what?? Cause ive litteraly done nothing against the rules, i just sold 5 accounts.

    Hello. I understand that you may have been able to pay before already, and this is happening only now. The site has an anti-fraud measure that scans accounts for inconsistent and/or inaccurate information; when this happens, the account is flagged and payment will have to be declined.

    I strongly advise you to check your account to make sure all info are accurate, and that it matches your payment account info (should be same name, age, address, number, etc). Make sure you're also using a long-standing and active email address. The site scanning is very aggressive and the objective is for accounts to have accurate information. When you've made sure all info are good to go, kindly try paying again.

    yes, i have responded to the support email as well. I said that I have fully turned over the account to the buyer and have resolved the issues with him through onsite message. I have already sent them 2 replies to the email i received and opened a ticket regarding the order but also no reply. I will to you a picture of me and the buyers messages.

    furthermore, the buyer already confirmed delivery himself and left positive feedback on the order. so im not sure why this isnt resolved as well

    Hello again. I checked on the logs; He confirmed receiving the order at PlayerAuctions last February 23, then it was on February 25 that he last emailed us complaining that the account is inaccessible on PS4. I understand that you may have sent evidence that shows you resolved the issue, but for situations like this, it has to be the buyer to be the one to confirm to us that the order has completed successfully. Our team has already contacted him but he hasn't sent a response since February 25; to speed this up, you can ask him to contact us on the same email thread to tell us that things are ok on his end for this order. Once we receive that, our team can close the order in your favor and your payment will be back on track.

    I apologize for the hassle but I hope you understand that we're doing this as protection for him since he was able to file the dispute within the correct time frame.
