So, i bought barrows gloves from scratch service from gr1me, after 2 days he got my account banned for macroing/botting, even tho he said multiple times everything is hand done.

Scammed amount : 75m + i lost my account.

So before the trade started he had me PM him with above I agreed to refund him 150M (the price of service) I only receieved 75M so I gave that back. I agreed to refund aswell on top the value of his account so id like Gladiator to tell me what its worth potentially auction my miniranks.

 

Honestly gr1me should be getting banned, and refund me off his miniranks, he scammed 2 people today and refuses to refund this, expect from minirank.

I'm not going to put my self on a high horse I did wrong I tried to be as cool as possible with you but you wouldn't even allow an admin to hold the gold which makes 0 sense in my mind. You have been pressuring me very hard to get 100M more gold for an account thats 40 attack 88 str. Please relax man if I wanted to scam I wouldnt have even given back the 75M. And if an admin does decide that I should be banned regardless I will accept it and move on.

 

@Sellingaccs1 Before I get started here, just want to let you know that I've added you on discord (Zero#1475) as it will be easier for us to communicate. Also, to answer your concerns, gr1me has showed great signs of cooperation so far and we can see that he is willing to make things right.

Alright so regarding your situation, the amount paid for the services (75m 07) has already been refunded by gr1me so that's one thing. Next step, the way I see it you have a few options at your disposal and it is suggested that you try them in the following order:

1. Attempt to appeal the ban. This should be your #1 priority here as from what we've seen, bans like yours have been quashed quite often so you actually have a good chance to win the appeal.
2. Discuss a reasonable amount that gr1me will refund in order to compensate for the loss of your account. The 100m you are asking is steep. I fully understand it's your account, therefore the value might be higher to your eyes but realistically, we are looking at ~50m 07 here. If you still can't agree on an amount, the staff team will hold a discussion and come up with a final number.
3. Make a new account from scratch where you will be OO and gr1me will provide free services in order to get your stats back. From what I've been told, the notable skills were Attack (40) and Strength (88).

Keep me informed of the result of the appeal and if it somehow gets denied, let me know which option you'd like to go with.

 

Its permant ban, cannot be appealed and 50m is way too low, besides me and gr1me already made a agreement he refunds 100m, and he has some gold now but refuses to give it.

 

Yes botting bans are permanent, you can still get them overruled by contacting Jagex Support via Twitter and letting them know your account was compromised.

As for coming to an agreement with @gr1me, this is untrue, if you had come to an agreement about the refund, this thread would have been closed. Since you've failed to come to an agreement and @gr1me isn't willing to pay 100m for your account, we've decided the value of your account and it's 50m. This is all that's remaining which @gr1me owes.

So far he has been refusing to refund even tho he had money.

 

Not true I've informed him multiple times I will be paying him. Like I said on discord brother please give me another 8-10 hours I have been awake for 20+ hours aswell working on rectifying the other b gloves at the same time. You will receive a refund of 50M 07 but definitely not 100M. Again I've not even slept at all trying to make this right just take it as good faith and breath please.
