    TWC dispute Because im on mobile..
    I got a trade with caution because i was told i dont use my house IP. The only internet i have is my unlimited verizon prepaid account. I use my laptop to tether to my phone for internet. I have no other connections unless im in class and im connected to the wifi. Here is my bill [redacted]
