ok this is what happened: i was going to swap my level 111 barrows pure for a 119 main and the trade went wrong. both of the appeals were were denied and my account was locked, do not ask why. I have all details that are needed to recover, but i cant quite get it unlocked. I would pay for someone to do it for me, please help.
