MUZY botted service resulting in ban

Explanation of the trade: Muzy was to do NMZ for my account from 10.4m xp to 13m without botting.
Amount scammed: 16.5m Plus the value of my main account.
How they scammed: Botting was not permitted on my account. They recieved a warning ban (must of been three days or something) and then continued to bot on my account which ended up as a perm ban.
Proof that it's their Discord: See fourth image in imgur upload.

Other relevant trade screenshots: I will explain the relevant screenshots in order. Obviously I do not want to upload some details for all to see, but I will send them to a mod unedited if they would like to see the details I have hidden.

Imgur 1) The date of myself giving over the account details. (Tuesday 12th February)

Imgur 2) Me specifically saying no bots.

Imgur 3) MUZY saying he doesn't bot.

Imgur 4) MUZY's Sythe page stating his discord ID plus the photo of my own account on his page.

Imgur 5) MUZY linking his Sythe after completing the order. I asked him to do my pure because i didn't realize he had gotten me banned at this point.

Imgur 6) MUZY sending me my photo and letting me know its done. Note the dates on this and the date I had given the account details (imgur 1).

Imgur 7) Me looking at the account being perm banned. I am appealing the ban so I guess if Jagex see these details they will be able to pinpoint my account easily (will upload separate imgur for a mod if they PM). These dates correspond with when he had my account.

If my account is unbanned, I would like a refund of the 16.5m for the services provided. If my account is not unbanned. I would like to have my accounts worth given to me from MUZY. I have a screenshot on Facebook messenger of my account stats sending to my friend timestamped for the 1st of February 2019 I can provided. Plus about 60m bank which I obviously will not be able to prove.

Also another post where the OP thought MUZY had botted but had no proof. If this helps his case at all. Account permanently banned after services.

Account Bans

Hi, yes the first order on my other account was okay but we are talking about the ban on this account. With evidence that you botted my account and got 2 bans on it.

Once the mods decide on this I’ll pay you the 2m that you gave to me while completing my order. While I don’t want to give it to someone who got my main acc banned, I do want to continue using this site.

Edit: Once a decision is made on this by the mods the money can either be paid to you back or I will keep it (and you refund my money) depending on how they see the evidence here.

 

Just so we're clear now.

- User paid me to get him 99 strength.

- His account is supposedly unbanned according to Pegasus.
- Now the user is "requesting a refund"?
I'm not sure what i'm missing here.

 

Well, if you are promising hand-done services, you are to deliver hand-done services. He could have botted the account himself instead of paying you to bot it for him.

You blackmarked his account, which devalues the account.

I'd say a refund + partial account value is to be refunded, but I know that'll never happen, so out of good will I think the least you can do is man up to it and refund the service amount.

 

Actually, what will happen is he will refund me for wasting my time on here.

Hi, one of the ban has been quashed but I still have one on my account (I think was the 3 day ban). I am able to play on the account at the moment. I traded MUZY the 2m this morning before I left for work

ok as per the terms of service that were provided to you before it had been started muzy was not reponsible for any bans/infractions on the account. I'm glad to see the perm ban was quashed and you have the account back.



He will not need to repay you for the service as he had completed it.
