Rbgstash fire cape service scam

I recently paid for the fire cape service off rpgstash.com to find the next day 40m worth of valuables were taken from my bank. No representatives will help me im starting to think im never getting my stuff back. On a positive note i did get the cape. I trusted this site and didnt set a bank pin and ended up with an empty bank.
