    How they scammed: Didn't complete the service in the time-frame given.

    Ok seeing as how t1no has outstanding debt I have given him a DNT rank.


    @T1N0 i reccomend you look at all the orders you have placed right now and fix any outstanding ones before this becomes an issue. Repeated reports won't look good when it comes time to request a twc removal
