As title suggest, looking for account with special and unusual steam badges such as the he Great Steam Treasure Hunt (lvl 3), Steam Hardware Beta & Trading Card Beta Tester etc. Also looking for others, any offers are welcome.

The only real value it holds to me is the trading card beta tester badge, everything else is pretty much irrelevant for me personally. I do consider old sales badges but it would have to be quite high level for me to be interested. Im sure I couldnt give you a fair offer, sorry.
