    Hey there, I consulted the team about this and this is how you can handle this: first off, we may only allow this if you are really indeed new to the site. Mention who you are on Sythe, but clarify in a later sentence that all discussions will still take place at the on-site messenger at PlayerAuctions, and maybe add that you only wanted to show who you are at Sythe to let the buyer know your credibility. Sorry but we'd rather be absolutely sure with this.

    Hi again, just to update you, I have sent our team a follow up request on this and as per checking, your buyer just replied so we cannot close the case yet by default (if the other user doesn't reply within 72 hours, we close the case in the favor of the replying/active user). Right now it's still being deliberated, but I have informed them now that all pertinent information from your side was already sent. Also as I've told you earlier, your buyer's refund is still on hold throughout this.

    I really don't know where this is heading but this person is very determined on scamming , even though you can check my vouches on this website and i am also 200usd donor , people trust me with over 4000usd on sythe and they had to go first and all i have is positive review , this buyer is a very toxic person very well determined on making this fraud , and i don't understand how Playerauctions system work , this is making i a very dangerous place for me as a seller if every buyer opens a case just like that , very easy to get scammed , the account was delivered instantly by PA delivery system , the guy asked for 45m coins on the account and i did that and increased the price then he did not confirm and opened a case and bonded the account to his email since it had no email set to it , i have no control over the account but he is saying that i scammed it back the account is literally WORTH NOTHING FOR ME . this person is not willing to give up , i don't even know what kind of proof he is showing might be all fabricated images or no proof at all , this is so frustrating , i can show you that the person has gained so much xp on the account , i know you can also help me here too and i will send these pictures per email to PA , please help .

    the guy opened a case directly after he got the account he did not even confirm delivery and saying i scammed him and i changed the password when i had no control on the account , if i wanted to scam such a worthless account i would have done it after i got the money... really makes no sense at all !!!!!

    i really don't have any idea where this is heading...

    i have over 6000-USD worth of game accounts ready to post for sale , i am really confused and afraid of getting scammed again , the system is very is to be manipulated as far as i can see , i really have a feeling of hesitation now... i am afraid that more people like that keep coming to me and i don't know whether PA is going to give me my rights or not ...

    this is really just stressful that i put work on an account over 2 weeks of training/questing then a stupid person like this with new Playerauctions account already planned the scam comes at me and takes my hard work just like that , because playerauctions support can't see the obvious fraud , i don't know what kind of evidence he is showing but whatever it is ,it is all fabricated edited my evidence is based on the hiscores of the game/crystalmathlabs.com for tracking accounts xp ,message system , suspicious texts from the buyer , i showed everything , please help me @PlayerAuctions , i don't know what to do in this anymore, this is very depressing and so frustrating , people trusted me with over 4000-usd on sythe.org , and sold over 4000-usd on playerauctions and i have 6000 usd ready for sale , my feedback and my vouches on sythe.org really show my hard-work and how much people appreciate what i do .

    Hello, I am having this weird technical issue for the past 4 days. I cannot create an offer nor can I easily navigate through the website.
    For example, when I go to my messages, I get "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable."
    Also, when I create an offer, then choose Accounts, I get this:

    Also, I can never press on Yes here, no matter how many times I click(Yes opens a new window):

    I tried different browsers(Chrome, Edge, Firefox), I even tried logging in from my phone using 3G, same errors.

    I tried clearing cache and cookies, I tried flushing DNS, I tried renewing the IP from the commant prompt.

    It is obviously a technical problem, with Java? With WordPress, I'm not an IT expert so I can't really tell. This is really annoying and I haven't been able to create an offer for the past days, and yes, I contacted the customer support, they said they will get back to me, but they haven't so far.

    Dear @PlayerAuctions,

    Another frustrating case is that I sold my account and it worked well, then the buyer opened a dispute because he didn’t want it. He couldn't merge it with his account and he said “he doesn’t want it anymore”. He actually logged in when he said the information didn’t work. It wasn’t my fault when he should contact EpicGames about that.

    Additionally, the email is not changeable, not “the password” as he said. until April as it’s part of EpicGames ToS. I gave him full email access as I listed.

    I'm currently talking with the staff to what's really going on with your case. As per checking they informed me that the buyer was able to prove something is wrong, and I'm now talking to them about this so I can give you feedback about it.

    Sorry but you would have to consult your state about it, as tax for digital goods are different from state to state. In California (LA to be exact), where the HQ and law office of PA is situated, as far as I know there are no taxes for digital goods.

    To answer your question about the dispute, buyers cannot return the account or issue a refund simply because they changed their mind or they don't like it anymore; this is "buyer's remorse" and cannot be used on a case. Our staff already knows about this. However, since you mentioned this is an Epic account, if the dispute is due to him being unable to change the email address due to the 90-day lockout Epic has set, then his dispute can be valid since part of our process is being able to change an account's email address. Simply providing the email account access won't be enough if he disputes it.

    Hey guys, sorry for the trouble and yes, we've been having website errors. Our IT/tech acknowledged it a few hours ago and has worked on a fix. It shouldn't be happening again but if it does, let me know so I can bring it up to them.

    I always change email before selling them. what if the buyer went in, change email, and open a dispute with reason the account is unvalid or not as described?

    Another dispute case #58564 Buyer received full information of the email and EpicGames. he changed Epic password and know my phone number, then he said he doesn't want it anymore

    That's a good practice. If the account's email address is already changed to the one the buyer wants, then he cannot issue a refund because the account is invalid. If he's complaining the account is not as described, this reasoning will only be accepted if there is indeed something different with the account as shown in the offer, and this is acceptable regardless if the account email was changed or not.

    For the dispute you mentioned, was he able to change the email address to a different one? If he was able to, then he can't just return it. Using the reason "doesn't want anymore" is hardly a reason to be able to issue a refund.

    He wasn’t able to until March 22nd but he got my phone number and might be able to log in/recover the email after the refund.

    I won’t be able to pull back the account, I’m a reseller with high reps. I can give 30 days guarantee for the account. Been getting these disputes lately

    I have good reputation and 100% accounts from me never be taken back. It’ll be frustrating if I get scammed this way.

    Hey there, Hyujki. Could you PM me the order ID for this? I would like to check since 2 weeks seem a long time. If your payment account is PayPal, please check and make sure the account is verified --- if it's not, the payment bounces back to us and we'll have to ask users to verify the account first so we can send it back.

    In any case, I'll wait for the order ID so I can check.
