No, we cannot. We are going based off what you claimed. We do not have any way to verify if what you stated was true or just a threat. We do not currently see a chargeback on our end. If you did not chargeback, the refund status hasn't changed and still remains on it's way back to you.

 

@Bogla @Tyler you do not see a charge back because I have not charged anything back. I simply said that trying to get my money back. Another friend of mine uses this site quite often and told me this is where I needed to go. I have not charged anything back. I have never charged anything back to you nor any other site. All I want is my money back. If I was to have done a chargeback you would see it on your end. I was apparently refunded on February 1 today is the 9th. I have been refunded by several sites before and none of them have ever taken this long. There is absolutely no reason to cancel this thread until my refund has been completed And I have received my $1006 and change that I am owed. With you being a big gold selling company I would think you would want this thread to stay open until this has been made right so the people can see that your site is not a scam. In my opinion if this thread is deleted when there are absolutely no chargebacks that is the way that people are covering up for your site. If you have nothing to hide and everything with your site is legit this thread should just remain open until I am completely refunded

 

No threat or lie will speed up this refund. We have no influence over the payment processor. You were immediately refunded after the purchase was made. As stated previously, Moneris is slower than other processors. It's likely not a situation you've ran into before as majority of gold sites are not Canadian based. Moneris is a Canadian based processor.

I have no issue with this thread remaining open, but the title is not representative of the situation. You've already indicated that your intent is to cause as much trouble as possible, until the money is in your balance. This has also been included in the image sent to @Tyler.

 

Not trying to cause damage at all. I am simply trying to get back the $1,0006 and change that I’m owed . That you admitting to owing me in chat text . Once I receive the money I will delete this thread , and any bad reviews I have left for your site . I’m very frustrated being out out this much money and the last $411.00 was due to your error . You told me I could buy and said I was not over the limit , so I puchased you told me you were moving gold around to fill my order and than said I was over the limit once again! This was brought on by your company not something I did . please show me where I told you my intent is to cause as much damage as possible ? @Bogla
