Hello @Wortel I have one question, if my dnt request gets denied on february 10th, will I have to wait 6month to dispute again? Or it will be 3 months? Also I am not ban evading anymore as promised and I wonder if I wont make dispute on february 10th and wait 3months will it increase chances of my dnt request being accepted? I been drinking alot of medicine past week that doctor prescribed , and I can say that I feel positive and calm.

 

You promised not to ban evade from the start, yet the next day after there you were. If it's up to me I'm not granting you a DNT anymore, though you're free to pardon again on June 10th, 2019. (which is 6 months after your last denial: December 10th, 2018) The way you've been treating all the denials and how you kept on ban evading just proves us the most important part: you haven't changed one tiny bit.

 

Okay , not trying to be rude or anything just gonna spill out whats going through my mind.

First of all
You are ignoring whole point of why DNT was implemented. especially in my case where unlike many others that you have granted DNT , I have paid my dept exacly 3 days after I reported myself, I want to point out that PIN on the account was still intact and andre confirmed that aswell.

I am not trying to justify what I have done is right just saying that you should take all the things in consideration and not ignore it simply cause you dislike me because of my attitude which involes alot of trashtalk and I am not proud of it , but that is something I could't control hence why I am on medicine now , thats what anxiety is if you dont know it has many shapes and forms , in my case it made me agressive towards everyone, I have lost connection to outside world, lost many people because of my bad attitude ignoring their calls , pretending to be sleeping while my friends were knocking on my door . I was at the stage where I could't function properly I have losts controll over my life , I have lost interest in everything, with this condition it was really hard to obey rules of sythe. altough I tried my best to change and get my life back on the track there were always obstacles on my way both in real life and here , one of the example of that obstacles were you @Wortel ) Your attitude towards me made me not care. Instead of trying to get good out of someone you always mock them , you make them feel like shit . One nice word from you might have made stop ban evading , but instead what I got from you is constant mockery.

You do great job at baning ban evaders I agree with that but, banning evader is like cutting limb of starfish , its gonna grow again.

All I have asked was to be granted DNT thats it , I have promised I would have been nice to everyone but no you are smartest guy in your own world you think everything is as you think it is

 

All I want is one more chance , thats all I am asking for . all I want is DNT thats it. is it that hard? What you lose you lose nothing.

 

We have some guidelines to follow when granting someone a DNT and you don’t qualify. Simple. Putting the blame on me is fine and all if that’s what it takes, but it won’t change the decision. Keep in mind this isn’t based on your first offense only, all offenses add up.

 

I think you need to take a look at Understanding the DNT (Do Not Trade) rank and see what there is said. You are disobeying owners rules . Clearly it states that whole point of DNT rank was to stop people from ban evading, lets take my last example when I was given DNT why dont you look at that ? What I did in that time nothing but reported ban evaders. If I had outstanding depts I would agree with you that granting DNT to me would't be good idea but I have no dept, all I did was created new accounts to start fresh since you cut all my ways of integrating into community again.

Or B) To grant banned users a rank in case they threaten to keep on ban evading?

Let me just be clear, I don’t care if you believe ban evading is the way to go; you’ll only be digging yourself into a deeper hole.

Reasons for implementing DNT:

• Criminals who use this site will ban evade despite our best efforts to stop them.
• Hardline permanent bans do not result in a better outcome for victims: Either the criminals continue to ban evade or they use another forum entirely, either way they are much less likely to repay under a hardline system.
• DNT encourages people to pardon because they can reintegrate first into the community -- regaining limited access to their account provides an on-going incentive to repay.
• DNT acknowledges that people make mistakes and can change.
• DNT acknowledges that people should not be continually punished for past mistakes; that punishment is finite and once served should not be served again for the same event (double jeopardy)
• DNT allows the community spirit to continue while debts are being repaid.
• DNT means that guests / new users seeing our site for the first time won't be faced with 90% banned users in any random thread.
• DNT means that friend groups are not split up (for example one your friends is banned) thus encouraging overall activity and better community cohesion. This will encourage new users to join and help to grow the site.

I believe in logic behind implementing DNT rank , I believe that If I was granted DNT first time I requested it I wouldnt have had over 25 ban evading accs, I believe that if you grant me DNT I wont ever break rules again nor touch anyones wealth, I believe that people change , I believe that what I did is tip of the iceberg compared to other people who are now trusted community members that were once just like me hopeless individuals who tought they wouldnt get second chance and kept ban evading.





B) To grant banned users a rank in case they threaten to keep on ban evading?

I am not threatening first time I ban evaded was just to get into sythe discord, and wait out untill I could pardon again this wouldn't happen If I was given DNT in first place.

 

Correct, DNT is given in case we’re sure a permban won’t do any good, but you’ve also proven us that granting you a DNT causes nothing but issues and more rulebreaking, so therefore you can just remain banned until you’re able to pardon again.

 

thats what I dont understand wich rules have I broken while I was DNT ? it says trading while DNT but I never had dnt after this ban? I am kinda confused

 

Correct, but you did have a DNT before this ban.

 

Thats false lol I didnt have dnt I was temp banned for leaking rsn.

I made dnt appeal and it got denied , thats why I started ban evading, wouldnt happen if I had dnt. I mean if I was scammer don't you think that I would have emptied pockets of my discord members who easly trusted me? I didn't do it I had plans was making something with seraphic, but this temp ban fucked everything up.

 

On my last ban evadingg accs you can see that I haven't been bad to anyone.
I dont care if my pardon never gets accepted man just give me DNT , if I fuck up one single time you can ban me and never answer my disputes.

Hiw can I prove myself that I have changed if you arent giving me dnt ? It seems like you are giving me false hopes to make me not ban evade and you will just deny my next pardon, otherwise why would you not give me a dnt I don't see logic here. Can any admin reply @Charlotte ?
