I've been microdosing shrooms for the past 8 months, spacing it between 2 and 3 days, meaning I would take my dose on Monday, then Thursday and then again on Monday. I have much less anxiety and wake up with a lot of motivation for the day. I would say it made my mental health much better.

 

How do you determine the dosage? Just by eye or specific measuring. Also where do you get your shrooms from? In my country they are a class A haha.

 

ALWAYS use a scale, you can't eyeball any substance, never do this. Well I am 183 cm tall with 70 Kg, so 0.4 hits the right spot for me. But you will have to find it out by yourself, you don't want to accidentaly start tripping out of nowhere.

I started with those Growkits but when I learned the basics I upgraded to DIY with spore syringes which are not illegal since it doesn't contain any psilocybe. You can basically grow them almost for free if you already have all the equipment.

 

I only smoke weed. My little brother got caught up in pills and that just escalated to other things as the pills strength slowly diminished. He O'd two years ago when I wasn't there. Ever since than I've had a very strict stance on certain drugs ( All drugs are not bad drugs).

I smoke weed, every day. I don't fiend for it, but I always have a supply and occasionally throughout the day I will smoke it.
Lately I have gotten into the Blue Lotus dry herb - you'd have to google more of that.
I have a bad habit of drinking hard and partying doing Cocaine on the weekends. i don't know why I picked this one up, but I did.

 

What you're experiencing is cotton mouth, completely normal and should not be over analyzed

 

I tried many drugs like LSD, Ectasy, Weed, LSA, but now i only use weed from time to time because it helps me to relax.

Haven't smoked weed for 12 or 13 years. I miss it and think about it regularly.

Wife isn't exactly against it but it's illegal here and she's really against anything that isn't legal for one paranoid reason or another....if we visit somewhere that it's legal I can go to town/if it becomes legal here I can partake - until then I'm dry and it sucks but it's like oh well.

Alcohol and LSD. The last time i did acid was 6 months ago (4-5 hits) and that was the last time i drank. Doing a 1 year no drinking challenge atm.

 

I've dabbled in a fair bit of medicine myself, shrooms, lsd, dmt, dxm, codiene, weed/shatter, xans (on occasion), and mdma but do keep it controlled and safe use
