    I recall someone who once reported this to me or on the forum and I said it wasn't enough proof, but now that I looked into it again I'm fairly sure it is. I'd like to apologise to whoever that was.

    Just DNT both, no need to punish since technically he wasn't DNT evading at that point. At max he could've been TWC evading since Alxender used to have a TWC.
