2FA issues

hey so basically i connected my 2FA on my old phone to the email, but now i registered my 2FA to my new phone and it works to my gmail account perfectly, (same gmail as sythe) but i dont receive the code from sythe.? help please, my user was volvo 740 and i can show valid proof of that i am the original owner of the acc etc.
