Account got banned for rwt? I never bought any gold

Rigo was doing services 59-74 str
He pmed me the acc got banned
For rwt but i never bought gold

I never showed him our t.o.s since we have worked on multiple services in the past so that was my bad.

As for the actual service where his account account was banned here is what happened.

Last monday he contacts me saying he wanted some range training on his pure 76-82 range. we started working on it no problem a few hours later he messages me again saying if he can hop on the account to transfer some gp to a skiller he was going to make and train while we were working on his pure. I told him we don't let people log on anymore while we are doing the services on accounts and he insists on getting on the next day we log on and he has been on the account and sold all range gear and wants to stop the service at 81 range and start strength right after.

We start the strength training after and told him please do not log in till it's done again like before we start working on it no problem and again the next day the password to the account was changed and i asked him why was the password changed and he says he didn't change it but later changes it to he accidently changed it (like how does that happen) anyways moving on to today the account is now banned for RWT and noone knows what happend.

I said i never bought gold on that account, also i asked u if u were selling because i might wanted to buy some ( witch i didnt) also i have 3 accs
Somtimes a mistake happen with changing the password like i daid i gave u my private password, i sended a change password before that then another service wanted to start on my alt account witch i wanted to change the pssword on. After that i accedently changed the pw of rel0g ( the account u were working on) as u can see both accs

Also u never showed me any tos so if i changed the pw without knowing i couldnt it was ur fault aswell since u never showed me the tos .

@Tayler is a pretty cool guy, Don't drag him into this.


Ok so here's the deal. We can't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that @Rigo 's payment being transferred off of the account was the reason for the RWT ban. This is due to the fact that you had been on the account during the time services was taking place, and the fact that RWT bans don't always happen immediately after trade (ie manual bans). You will not be compensated for the account.

If there was a service being done on the account then @Rigo has to pay you back accordingly from how much the services cost vs the % of the services than had been completed.
