Remove 2fa... lost backup code

Hello.. Needing to remove 2fa.. lost the backup code for Sythe..

 

Still waiting on removal of 2fa.. Can anyone see this???

Honestly @Gen, no. I got a new phone and all my info was on that. My registered Birthday isn't correct. I always make up that info, so my personal info isn't on websites. I can update that if need be though. Have I not provided two of the required proof(s)? Can respond on Discord if need be.

 

You have, but please note for a 2FA removal:

**Third party account access (such as email and Skype/Discord) are not substantial verification methods - the whole point of registering 2FA to your account is to have EXTRA security past regular recovery methods.

So what we currently have from you is your home IP.

I suggest trying to remember your recovery phrase, here's another hint: o**s****3

 

@Gen Made it over a year ago lol, hasn't crossed my mind since I made it. Just stored on my past phone. As it told me not to save that info to my computer, such as the backup code. Or I'd have it, lol. I do intend on writing it down and keeping it that way in the future.

 

Still waitinggggg. I really don't know, I set it a year ago, it could be anything. But as you have said, I've provided the necessary info, I can update the info for current situations and store them in a more secure place that isn't electronic.. But it's been 2 weeks.. Can I please get this removed?

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
