I get your frustrations man I do but, at the end of the day if it were me selling a account that I bought from someone else, id be held liable too. Tottie had a TOS that states "He is not responsible for resale of account" I hope it gets all worked out and we can all be happy!.

So this is what I got today... Waiting for full set of recoveries from Tottie, If I don't hear back in 3 days. Id like Joe to just refund me until he can figure this out. As a buyer I was expecting a trouble free account with a full set of recoveries, absolutely turned into a disaster... You did also promise full refund in the "especially rare case of it being recovered" Joe, refer to the dms on discord, there posted here on sythe as well tho.

 

Ive got account back again, but like I said im giving this 3 days to be resolved, or id like refund and you can have account back and deal with Tottie

So this is response I got from Joe Watts when I asked for a refund until he resolves whats wrong with the account... Clearly he wont issue my refund, not even for the full asking price but just for the 300m I stated in MY TOS, since he didn't have one! And also he had even state "he had to do recovery test before we could finalize sale, when clearly he didn't do that either... I let my judgement get the best of me after reading his vouchers and assumed he is a responsible account trader.... So for now mods Im stuck with a account that I don't want or have full security of... Thanks for all the help tho Joe, haven't seen one message where you have even tried getting ahold of Tottie for me!

Had you done a recovery test like you said and any other person would, Instead of me being the victim.. U'd be the one dealing with your screw up not me..To me makes me wonder if you did, and figured damn I better get rid of this account.

 

Said I'm verifying information and doing recovery test.

I confirmed to verifying the information he gave me. Which I did. But never completed recovery test.

Never did I say I'll issue a refund should the account be recovered (like you claim I did).

Said all along should anything happen with the account I'd help you get it back anyway I can.

Now you've got full access to the account and you are waiting recovery information from Tottiegod.

How did you unlock the account, without recovery information?

 

Full access to a account is when you can recover it, with a set of recoveries, and whem a account is suspected to be stolen it is locked, like I stated two days ago Tottie did change email back, but still have not got recoveries. This shouldnt be my problem it should be yours! Quit acting like you did anything everytime i got info from tottie you acted suprised.

 

Just refund me my 300m, not the full 375, and take your account back!

Sold allot of accounts. Very few issues. Once in a while, something will go wrong law of averages.

I don't have strict T&C's. Nothing you can't work out between you generally, until this. At the end of the day Elder, I'm honest. I DIDN'T RECOVER THE ACCOUNT OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THAT SORT OF BS.

 

We're screwed and a scammer is laughing. That's the reality. I don't want to lose my sythe account - worked hard on it. But I won't pay out for them either. Especially when in my eyes I've done everything in my rights.

 

As mentioned above, @ELDER_MAUER formed an agreement with you @Joe Watts for the account. For this to be resolved you will need to refund him and then you are free to to make a report on @TottieGod for your money. You have no terms of service that state you are not responsible so this is the only fair way to handle this.

Seeing as though you will not be resolving this, you are banned for 3 months + will keep a permanent DNT.
