FatalityRyan Pardon 4 year old refund

-- This is my previous ban appeal which was made in 2016, I believe this was a year or two after the fact that I had been banned on sythe.

I was banned on sythe for the following offences :

1. EMS ... Skype - live:emma.jxo ... maxed main account rental deposit refund
- The reason for this refund being overdue was from inactivity during exams at the time, when I was back and realized I still owed this individual his deposit I made appropriate actions to get his money ASAP.







2. Alfie (Runescape streamer) ... no contact information other than Twitch ... 2012 Dicing era, I created a fake new account with a similar name to his current better and traded him when he had to payout the individual, he accidentally paid me rather than his better.

- This was uploaded to my youtube channel nearly right after the fact (July 2012) and has remained there for years (I am actively looking for my old youtube accounts password in order to delete this video I am beyond ashamed and embarrased of this).

- At the time of commiting this offence I was a teenager, very niave, immature and arrogant.

- This should have never happened, it goes against the values and morals I hold dearest too me.

Integrity - doing what you say, saying what you mean. Even when nobody is watching you.

Compassion - putting others before yourself. Giving out the positive energy you want to receive in return. Concern for others.

Responsibility - being accountable for my actions, I feel absolutely horrible what happened to my customer and Alfie. I take full responsibility and accountability for what lead to my ban on sythe frankly disgusted with myself, I cannot change what happened but I can put my best foot forward to ensure nothing happens in the future, further my growth and education.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

1. EMS - there was no malicious intent what so ever, I was extremely busy during the exam season at the time. I had forgotten that this individual had not received their max main rental deposit back, when I came back from inactivity I paid him immediately. Being busy and forgetting are absolutely no excuses however and I do take full responsibility for this delayed refund and apologized.

2. Alfie - This is something I look back at being a six year old scam; and have thoughts of disgust, failure and remorse. At the time I was not a career scammer/fraudster and never have been this was very unusual activity (only imposter account I've ever created), I was watching alfies stream at the time and noticed the plethora of trade scammers attempting to trick him into paying out the wrong person. I figured I would give what they were doing a shot with a more convincing name of one of his betters, which is what I did and scammed alfie 300M Pre-eoc 2012 era.

Fast forward two years later, I created my sythe account in all honesty I had completely forgotten what had happened back in 2012. I had created a significant name for myself in the account rental/firecaping community on this forum without a hiccup.

Generating hundreds of successful transactions including :

400+ unique firecape clients
100+ max main rentals
High feedback and reputation

I took pride in offering my clients a safe, pleasant and friendly experience when using my services which I believe was highly appreciated.

What I did to Alfie was absolutely horrible hes an amazing person, streamer and advocate for the community which I respect, there is no sugar coating it; I have and will continue to be remorseful about this. My goal career is with law enforcement, through my education, peers and programs I have taken I can guarantee you I am not the same teenager who commited this act. I will do anything and everything asked of me to re enter this community who has been so kind and courteous to me. My actions will speak for themselves, I hope you consider what I said and this oppurtunity that I will never take for granted.
