WHY HAVE I BEEN BANNED !

Hi please can someone help me I have been and member on sythe for years done afew trades and sales in the past but for the past couple years I haven’t had time for gaming and sythe as my partner got pregnant and we have a child, now my point is I have not used this site for selling,trading,posting or anything that could result in a ban in all this time Occasionally I may have logged in to have a butchers but that’s about it ..... so today I have logged into sythe for the first time in awhile and noticed I have a banned logo under my name saying I cannot use the market and do not trade with me ! I then clicked on the logo and it’s takes me to thread where some dude posts somthing and then another dude called champ ses I banned them all (I’m one of them I’m guessing) I have done nothing wrong and fact that the thread was made July 2018 just proves 100000% somthing Aint right and is fishy because I wasn’t active on sythe around that time please can someone look into this I have been a member for years now and don’t see why I shouldn’t no longer thank you.

PS just looked at my profile and my conversation etc and my thoughts where right my last contact with anyone was December 2017 and that just a PM so how am I getting banned in July 2018, I think someone with access to accounts has been doing dodgy things on this site idk somthing ain’t right please help so I can sythe !


@Wortel Thank you for your reply and taking the time to look into this, I have a fairly strong password and definitely have not shared my account with anyone but I understand that’s just my say and so it means nothing, hopefully you can see I have done no wrong and get my trading ban removed I will be very patient thank you.

 

Hey buddy, congrats on the kid. You're not banned, you're issued a Do Not Trade rank. If someone has gotten access to your account that'd be on you; account sharing on Sythe is against the rules and anything that happened to your account is on you.

I've requested the staff member who issued the ban to provide me with more info. Please be patient.

 

DNT removed, it appears you were banned based on a wireless IP match with someone who chargebacked a payment from Divica. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
