Acckings safety?

Hi all,

I recently purchased an account off Acckings... Due to the face that bus369/Divine/Pain has been permanently banned - is it safe to assume that he will go rogue and recover accounts?

 

Yeah, I've just been worried ever since I have bought the account - I understand they claim to have 0 recoveries while having 1000+ account sold.

With the permanent ban recently that just added to my stress but I understand R2Pleasent would not deal with Pain if they thought there was a major risk factor.

Let's hope the original owner doesn't recover the account

How did you go getting your money back?

 

I messaged him and he let me snag a different acc. He didnt make any fuss with me. It's not worth having issues with me.

 

Yeah, definitely - your word on AccKings could spread pretty quick haha. Do you know if Acckings have a safety net in place that would make sellers hesitate to recover (bans, etc)?

I don't actually own the company behind AccKings, nor do I have any actual equity in the project. But I am involved in the financials / accounting / strategy as a consultant, paid via profit share. I am working behind the scenes on it and I do have some input on how it's run. It's mostly Bus making the decisions, and he runs all the day to day stuff.

Anyways, he has no reason to just abandon the project. He's put a lot of time and money into getting it off the ground. He's definitely not going to throw that away to recover some Runescape accounts, he has no use for them. No avenue to sell them without a reputable accounts site.

I definitely disagree with Bus on many things. We have a very different approach to multiple aspects of the business. But I've never been in a situation where I thought he had any intent on scamming.

No Bus369 just keeps flexing that his employee @R2Pleasent is a millionaire and so therefore he is an upstanding member of the community :thinking:

 

he couldn't recover it if he wanted to, but the person who sold to him can do it any time and there is nothing to stop him
