igvault osrs gold scammed

Make a impulse purchase when i got home and ordered 60m gold, went through a long complex process of trading back and forth and in my stupidity actually convinced me to trade my own items away before logging off, i didn't receive any of the 60m and lost roughly 10m in items following instructions from there representative through email and in game. screenshots attached with my user blocked out for privacy purposed will give unedited photos too any mods who deem it necessary

and i do realize i made stupid decisions just have used igvault before for other services and had no issue

 

thats a common scam when buying off chinese websites you get fake people pming you ingame pretending to be a livechat worker

and trick u to give them all ur gp back to a scam

@Wortel no really sure how any of the available formats would be used for this situation since no skype/discord was in use, but ill try

 

@Pinksquidward and yeah it makes a lot of sense in hindsight but you live you learn ill just have the charge refunded from my bank and move on, would like to let other people in my situation possibly know beforehand though

Feel free to open up another report when you are able to fill out the required template. Some advice, research the user you are about to trade before going through with it. A simple Sythe search could have potentially prevented this.
