Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: registered at my other college campus in my appt, then apparently its not a "home" ip address when my landlord provides us with free internet. Then i register at my other university and still its not a "home" ip. Then i'm asked to provide proof of my ID and i rather not give that out. What else proof do you need for me to show that i'm at the unis i registered at. Literally my signup email has my college email on this site l o l.
