    Hello,

    I'm here to dispute the TWC I've received a month ago.

    I believe that this TWC was applied unfairly as I believe what happened was not poor trading practices. I fell asleep while on the computer, it wasn't my choice whether it happened, and Rael was assured by Bravos that it was nothing major and that I would be online soon. Once I got on I messaged Rael and told him that I was able to refund him once I was home. I don't understand how that would be considered poor trading practices? I was not able to refund him instantly because something VERY important came up IRL, and I told Rael on multiple occasions that he would be refunded.

    I've done like over 500 trades the past 3 months & yes falling asleep while you have a trade lined up isn't the smartest thing to do, but I think giving a TWC for one trade that didn't go as planned right away is kind of a hard punishment.

    Also I'd like to mention something similar happend here & it been solved without any DNT/TWC. While I do understand he is more trusted, I still feel I've been threated a lil unfair on this.

    I would've probably been lenient although that's extremely poor of you to do, but you also gave another time-frame you couldn't meet up to, which imo topped it off to warrant a TWC (if the first reason wasn't enough).

    Regardless I've dealt with you before and I've only had pleasant experiences with you when I have + the recent transactions of yours that you've included seem to prove you're still doing well, so I'll support this as I don't deem you to be a threat.
