[RESOLVED] Keep Treatment Equal For All Users

In a business environment people can not be punished equally.
This instance is a good example, if it was a non-trusted user, it'd be very escalated.
Because it's R2, it's no big deal.
Why? Because he's rich, has a huge rep, has no intention of scamming.
The intent is not there, it is not even remotely there, there is no chance at all of intent being there with R2.

No intent = No consequence

R2P's word is good word, that's why nothing happens. Sometimes your word is good, sometime's it's not.

R2P is the type of person who's reputation and word steps above other members of the community because that's literally just how it is and I personally don't see anything wrong with it.

He admitted it was his fault.
He admitted it was a bad trade.
He admitted to be better in the future.

Everyone has a bad trade once in awhile, this, to me, is a blown up attack on someone because their reputation in the community caused them not to be treated like someone else, in an instance that never should have happened.

Let's just be real, what's the problem here? There isn't one.

If it's sent and it's just stuck in the chain then sure thats valid, But holding someones payment for 48 hours + and still doing business / trades as well without being DNT'd on sythe with an open rasc report is ridiculous

 

They should be placed with a DNT also, there shouldn't be exceptions.

 

I don't really want to post here anymore since it has turned into a shitstorm but just thought I'd note that this was not the first time something like this has happened aswell, I wouldn't have a problem with this happening once due to unforseen circumstances but I think that it happening continuously should be looked into. With all respect but it'd be simply stupid to treat highly trusted sellers / service providers equal to newcomers who have nothing to lose in case of scam.

 

Obviously this is not the first time R2P has been guilty of not releasing funds to customers (in such a period of time that it required a report). The fact that Sythe staff keep letting him off with no action taken against his account surely isn't going to convince him to, idk, get an income stream or reserve supply of fucking bitcoin?

 

Yeah get a reserve of BTC. I'm sure everyone wants to be holding a reserve of a currency that can shift 20% in a day. Seems like an ideal scenario for a low margin business to invest in standing amounts of massive fluxing currency.

It's definitely not G2A's fault for keeping payments tied up 21-28 days before websites can cash them out and then having random wait times between 1-7 days for cashouts :eye_roll:. Nothing like cashing out $30,000 and not knowing if it'll be here on Monday or the next week. Very predictable. Much able to be planned for. Much wow.

Totally the companies fault for not being able to get their money out because G2A is so such shit at cashouts. Much fault. Much bad. Much sad.

Anticipated capital flow does not always = Actual capital flow -> In a company of scale it's clearly difficult to predict how much capital a company will draw on in a certain timeframe. Missing an estimation is not the companies fault; The capital needed to continuously operate is just that; A estimation.

Throw G2A into the mix with hellishly long capital holds of nearly a month and random payouts between 1-7 days(they send them whenever they feel like it apparently -> It's totally random). I'd like to meet someone who could accurately predict the capital flow required for a single company in paypal,skrill,btc,wu,gold,etc. Than multiply that by 3-5 for every company R2 has. You think its surprising that companies in our industries run short in certain methods sometimes?

That's not bad trading practices. That's fucking impossible for any company on this forum to do. These aren't 20 employee companies; Most of them are 4-6. Companies on Sythe have to be held to *REASONABLE* small business standards.

All it takes is a few grand extra in gold purchases a week to throw the projected capital off for that week which than leads to a shortage in something. All it takes is 10 more people than usual asking for BTC versus PP in a week to potentially create a shortage. It's nothing about poor trading practices; Companies are not god. They can only make *LOGICAL PREDICTIONS* as to the capital required to operate. Sometimes that runs low ->Sometimes it runs high. When it runs low sometimes(as in this case) you see certain payment methods that may of exceeded their expected capital usage rate dry up of funds. Which is precisely why R2 stating he was awaiting $30,000 btc to arrive(A new influx of capital) makes complete sense and is not poor trading at all. That's how IRL companies operate to but in this case IRL companies often have things like lines of credit, loans, etc. Obviously for BTC you cannot get a line of credit to cover you when you run low on it, Thus you have to wait for a new influx of BTC capital to arrive.
