I have a paypal account, unverified, although i just made a paypal that doesnt have a spending limit so i dont need it to be verified.

Can anyone do anything with this acc. as in, verify it with a visa pre-payed card, anything to get the money off it?
Its only 15$ on it, but thats alot to me.

Im going to bed, but i thought about it, im willing to sell this paypal account for 10$ USD to my new paypal account, then you can have that one, verify it, and make 5$.

How did you make an account with no spending limit, cause i have an account but it needs to be verified to actually send money to people, and i dont have a credit card.
