Explain the service: Gave him a yellow partyhat for a gold 3 to diamond 4 boost + $208 to my paypal. He paid the $208 no problem, no chargeback. His booster could not perform at a master/challenger level as promised and hard flamed me whenever we duo queued so I requested a refund. He sent the $530 but it had a payment hold and he cancelled it a few days later so I did not receive.

Summary: So basically he cancelled a $530 payment, says it will take 6 months + time his paypal account will get "limited" to pay me back. I waited a month hoping he would come through but now I am requesting for the assistance of the staff of Sythe. (Paid him a yellow partyhat, didn't even want paypal refund, wanted the yellow back but he said he sold :/)

Extra information: I paid in a yellow partyhat and should have been refunded a yellow partyhat but I took PayPal as a gesture of good will. Keep in mind the first payment of $208 was not cancelled and the second one of $530 was. These payments happened around the same time as each other.

Here are just some messages with the booster that I was assigned by Mister Divine. Like he saids we are equals and to make plays but hes the booster like I ordered le duo q boost, he should 1v5 in low plat . Also when I do carry I get called a monkey :c

 

But I made sure to look up the opponents and they looked like they belonged in the elo they were playing in, feel free to review the accounts yourself, you should have my summoner name! But I do not feel that any business should be calling their company a "monkey" like that is dehumanization which is a stage of genocide according to Stanley Milgram!!!
But you are right the quality, or there lack of, of the booster is not the primary concern. The primary concern is the lack of the refund. Like I got the $208 no problem (not family and friends so I got taxed but w/e) Like hopefully the staff of sythe resolve this soon so the $530 can come to me safely

 

@Divine / @R2Pleasent please refund this user his $530. It is not his fault that his money got stuck in your paypal balance, and even if you can't access it for 6 months or w/e it's still in your possession, not his
