Skreamz TWC

Link to/reason for TWC: Still unsure, Was told I was hacked, Was told I wasn't hacked, something related to the account being insecure.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behavior leading to TWC: Was hacked, had a DNT/Ban placed on the account from Wortel, TWC from Charlotte? I believe

I've been told multiple things by different staff members, I came on Sythe to find out I was hacked and banned with the password remaining the same, I then appealed the ban and secured my account, I had the ban removed and the DNT was still active.

I then spoke to Wortel on discord and went through different things in regards to the hack with him, I explained stuff and was told to secure my account with two-step verification etc, I did so, the DNT was removed.

A TWC was then placed on my account by I think Charlotte? who does not believe I was hacked from what I've been able to gather or I'm not really sure what the whole deal with that is as no one would really give me a straight answer.

I then tried to speak to Wortel about it, who said that he was receiving no word from Charlotte for an extended period of time, Champ then took over the appeal and declined it stating I should re-appeal, I then spoke to Champ on discord and was told that I basically need to ensure that my account remains secure for a month and I could then re-appeal, that was like 4 months ago or so but it's still remained in my possession with two-step active etc. (seen here: TWC Removal - Skreamz)

From what I can gather, the hacker never managed to do any damage, the DNT was removed as Wortel confirmed I was hacked, Skreamz requesting a pardon for being hacked?

As for the TWC, I think I've shown I can keep my account secure, I do not believe it was an issue with my security as nothing outside of Sythe was ever logged into by anyone else, the password was never changed, I'm pretty sure they've just used my password from an old Sythe DB leak or something considering I've never changed it.

I rarely use Sythe as can be seen by my post history, however, you can see from my vouches and stuff that I've both bought RSGP numerous times and sold it without issue over the course of six~ years and I would like my to be able to use my account as and when fit without having a blotch against it, I'm not an active user of Sythe, I don't post in other forums or accumulate vouches outsite of the Runescape section and RSGP vouches again as can be seen by my post history spanning several years.

To close, the hacker did no damage, I haven't really had a clear answer from anyone as to what's gone on, I have secured my account like asked and proved I can keep it secure for an extended period of time, my account has two factor on it and nothing outside of Sythe was ever compromised, it will not happen again.
