I am looking to rent a FTP account with a magic level high enough to cover all major places with runes in the inventory to supplement those skills.

There is a hide and seek game taking place for a few hours tomorrow that is happening inside OSRS that I'd like to participate in, which is why magic level with runes, or at least a fast way to get around is.

I am only renting from members with vouches, and paying with paypal.
