Repayments will most likely go up to $1k and despite your efforts to claim "you're not those users" I find it highly suspicious that all of these users are all tied together and all they have in common is: hacked PayPal accounts.

Due to the nature of this dispute (and it's efforts that'll go into it for staff) I'll be leaving this pardon to another staff member. I will most likely get lost in all the evidence and since I have more pressing matters IRL I'd rather invest my time there. Please remain patient, but do expect to repay alot.

My Response: Not a single account you listed above is related to me nor have i used a hacked paypal. As I stated in my original post I scammed people meaning charge back or making them go first. All these hacked paypal users that you are posting about make 0 sense lol.

 

Another thing, back when i used to scam not many were successful if any and it was nothing more then a couple mil so this information that your finding (whereever your finding it) is definitely a mistake/error or a mixing up with someone else.

If you don't mind me asking where are you getting all this false information from? You legit just linked 20+ random accounts that aren't associated with me whatsoever.

 

Choose between those who options. You can't say "Yes" and "No" at the same time.

And I assume all of these words can not be backed up with claims because you somehow lost access to all the PayPal accounts and/or they were closed?

They are all tied together by home IP's, ban reasons and email addresses. I'll re-send you the start of how I've acquired all the info, maybe it's visible for one Sythe user and invisible to another, happens sometimes, not to worry, but refer to this post please.

 

The post that I referred too I believe is my account but I've never dealt with that kind of money (1000M) so my account must've been hacked. I know for a fact my attempts at scamming were rarely successful and not for nearly that much money (Maybe 100-150M max). In response to you asking which post was a lie, I never "lied", I read the question wrong and was forgetful because this stuff happened around the 2013-2015 era and not very often. The things I personally was associated with at least. To clarify incase still confused, I never used a hacked paypal, but it is possible that my account was used by someone else as I didn't use sythe that often, which can be the explanation for all the information your finding.

 

So instead of admitting to hacking PayPal accounts you now believe someone else has used your Sythe account?

 

If your claiming that all these accounts above were banned and all this money was scammed then yes its the only explanation. Ive never had a hacked paypal nor for a fact have I ever made any transactions of that amount in which you've provided.

The majority of your claims aren't valid so finding me a way to prove that since obviously you don't believe me should be the next step of the process.

 

I've consulted this with @video before and this will be denied if you do not take responsibility for those accounts.

Still waiting on some sort of proof of me using these different accounts since I'll most likely be responsible for multiple actions I didn't take part in. Logs, pics, anything works..im just interested in seeing where all this false information is coming from.

 

The proof has already been provided. Aside from that we're not required to provide you with any proof - it's already crystal clear to you that you'll be held responsible for said accounts. If you wish I can have another staff member review the evidence. I appreciate the lack of trust in my research capabilities though - I agree, I'd totally benefit alot from it if you remain banned. This is all one big conspiracy theory to frame you for things you haven't done.

 

Im not trying to degrade your capability of getting information im simply stating that you have 0 evidence other then some IP's that match accounts, which really isn't proof of anything except that someone with the same IP has logged in different accounts.

As I stated in a previous post I'm not taking responsibility for things I have not done and I know for a fact that majority of the accounts & other claims your presenting me aren't valid. You say youve showed proof when really all you have is similar IP's and posts on accounts that have used hacked paypals and scammed people from your website, which in reality isn't proving anything other then someone with a fat track record of scamming had access to my account at one point.

I would like another staff member to deal with this yes, but not because your incapable of doing your job properly, simply because your basing your judgement off 1. Other websites 2. IP matches (when there are multiple on different accounts, & 3. The few mis understandings I had in the start of the entire pardon request, which will lead to no real solution as its shown already the past couple of days.

Although you have no real reason to care if I get unbanned or not you do have people watching you to do your job correctly, which seems to me why your handling this the exact way you are, but thats beside the point & completely irrelevant to this entire situation.

All im requesting is proof of your claims and by proof i dont mean some IP matches from 5 years ago or a website I've rarely used. That can easily be tracked if someone else has logged onto my account, which is obvious has happened. I do appreciate the rather fast replies though, but an admin that can provide more information then what you've provided so far is what I need.

This was a very thorough investigation by Wortel and I've reviewed it and it checks out. An email you used on sythe is connected to several powerbot accounts that in turn are linked back to many other sythe accounts. Whether it is your email or a hacker's email you are responsible for it nonetheless since it was on your account

 

So what do I have to do specifically in detail to get unbanned?

This involves refunding alot of scams (up to $1k) aswell as owning up to the actual offences. If you keep denying you are said users and I keep saying you are, we won't get anywhere.
