This is in regards to the DNT appeal.

I would like to dispute my DNT.

You mentioned "Over two weeks/no reply, therefore I'm closing this." but I am confused since I wasn't allowed to reply on the thread (didn't have permission). I did however update my existing post with everything I could provide. Not sure for appeal works but no one replied or got back to me. It's sort of frustrating since I actually didn't do anything wrong. I don't know how any of this works but, there is literally no evidence of myself trying to go out of my way to harm anyone. I have not scammed or committed any crime in this community. I just wanted to donate $5... also I did a transaction of $650 with Xier0 and everything went smooth. I have mainly stuck to crypto discussion in educating people

Yes. Also more than one person can live in a state.. I don't think you guys even read my dispute..They don't have access to my skype anymore I didn't even use skype much back then. that was not their skype that was my skype. Nobody hacked my sythe... what are you talking about. I legitimately did nothing wrong I haven't done anything wrong on sythe. I feel you're trying to pin me for something but there isn't anything there.

This was my original dispute. No where in there does it say I got my sythe account hacked. The account (Dipshoe) you're trying to suggest is me, is NOT me. That skype is mine which I am being honest about. As far as I am concerned.

There have been too many discrepancies for me to even have a DNT. I have been a good person here, (the other person has not). I have followed the rules and haven't caused any problems to anyone (The other person has). I have done a large transaction without a problem (the other person has not) and the IP's of the account you are trying to frame me for does not match my own. Also the activity of the individual (Dipshoe) does not match my activity. Most importantly I wouldn't care to fight this DNT if I wasn't innocent. But I am and that's why i'm trying to get this cleared up. Also I started this account in 2016 (I only got active two months ago). I made a account in 2016 and only really used this site now. While Dipshoe started in 2011 and last seen in 2014.

"This is simply ridiculous. I have not been anything but a good member, who has ever done one trade which was $650 (went first) with Xier0, who vouched for me. I message wortel to donate $5 to sythe. I have been active on discussions pertaining to crypto. I am deeply disappointed in folks with trigger fingers without practicing common sense and understanding. Yes jackiezan2 is my account but I am not Dipshoe. That credit would go to a room mate who lived with me over 5 years ago, I didn't even know he used my skype account at the time for anything more than phone calls. As I didn't use skype, at the time other than to make international calls on occasion to speak with family and so I allowed him to use it as well to speak to his folks. To give you an Idea as to how long as passed since I had used the skype, I had to recover the account as I had forgotten all info pertaining to it. Now call me old school but I could just make a new skype account but I always use what I had even if it had literally been years since I used skype. I had to recover my account cause I didn't remember the details and even went as far as contacting skype customer service to recover this account. I have absolutely no reason to receive this DNT. When I of all people practice caution when trading. I even use OMM's mandatorily. That is all I have to say.

I feel this not only ruins my image, it also unfairly pins me to be someone I am not. I only have good intent when using this site. I trust you have good judgement and will leave it in the hands of the moderator to decide. I can only speak my piece and tell the truth but the actions you take are your own. I hope I have provided what I can to prove my innocence.

I just recovered the account and It has no chats...... I only used skype for international calls. I am not taking responsibility for some nonsense committed by someone else. I stand by my statements. If you do actually go ahead and think I am related to what you're accusing me of, without having proper evidence to practice good judgement then you would be making a mockery of this whole process. I will repeat myself. My intentions and civil behavior in this community and it's discussions, is self evident of my character and innocence. If you can't accept that that's not my fault, I haven't done anything wrong. Last I checked if I broke a rule then that would warrant a punishment but defaming me and punishing me for trying to donate $5, while lacking evidence of me being associated with an apparent account i had no prior knowledge of is just a sham.

This is my activity. -> My activity Also My IP non of which align or correlate with the actions and activities of the individual you are trying to associate me with. -> Dipshoe's activity and Dipshoe IP (last seen April 13,2014) I started only in 2016 and only recently got on here. So you expect me to believe that conveniently someone from the same state as you and someone who uses the same Skype username as you hacked your Sythe account?

 

Your dispute is a mess now, if you wish it to continue make another dispute and add your response in a new thread every time (no need for the template in those cases). I have no way to identity now what your response to my comment was.

Yes, but it's highly doubtful another guy lives in the same city as I do and uses the same Skype account as I do.

What would be in it for me? I care barely anything about your whereabouts.

So you are now using the Skype account of your "roommate" who no longer uses it?

Either way, refer to this thread: PMs are no longer required for Skype proofs!

@Dipshoe admitted to owning said Skype account on this market thread and you admitted to owning it via a PM to me. This ties @Dipshoe his and your Sythe account together. I've also checked several IP's logged on both accounts and they are also extremely close, therefore you'll be held responsible for your roommate's actions.
