First of all, you didint bought this account from me. You bought it from person who bought it from me, so you should give questions to him not for me. Thats why i told you that im not responsible for account since account info was leaked.

 

@24 7 the user making this report purchased the account with otter as they were partners at the time and it was a joint purchase, so in this we are acting as if he was the same person you sold the account to. Please attempt to recover the account and reply here with the outcome. Thanks.

 

I don't think that is the case. Specially without profs. Even if its true, they should tell things like this, that 2 different people recieved account with recovery details. also its clearly stated in my TOS, witch everyone who bought it from me, agreeded to them, that:

Terms Of Service:
- You will go first or we use a middleman
- I am not responsible for any bans/hacks after the account has been purchased
- You will notify me if you ever sell the account
- I will never recover accounts, even if you ask me
- I can't guarantee that Jagex will grant any recovery requests, all I can do is provide all the correct information.
- By buying the account you agree to the "Terms Of Service"


Also if they were partners, why he pmed me saying that he is new owner, if he already half was?

It is most certainly 100% Indeed the case. We don't have to tell you shit about what we were doing at the time, since you most likely would have recovered the account when it was being staked on much more.
1.) We shared over 75 Accounts, your account is just a line of text to us. It obviously was changed, and Otter has been retired for months without touching Runescape or even an old spreadsheet. I haven't even been using it actively except logged in a few times in the past weeks.

2.) Fuck your TOS.

3.) Me and him never exchanged $1 on your shit account. You listed a price, we paid it. The account was ours. It was then placed on 1 proxy which we both had access to. So it's not like we were logging it in from Fucking Russia to USA or some shit.

4.) Recover the account and don't be a slave.

5.) Yes we were partners and have assloads of proof of that.

 

Just because you have something in your Terms of Service means you aren't liable for whatever you want. You can put whatever you want in your Terms of Service, but that doesn't mean you can try and create a loophole to circumvent rules on scamming. You are to recover the account for the user or you will be banned for scamming. You also agreed to attempt a recovery in case the account was to be locked in PM, so I'm not exactly sure why you are refusing.

Otter + Semp are staking partners, they shared funds and both own the account.

 

yes, i agreed to help to unlock it, not recover it from someone.
If person who bought it from, PMs me with all profs that he and otther was partners that time. I will try to recover account or refund paid amount.

 

I have received proof from the user privately that they were indeed partners. Just so you're aware you cannot send or receive Private Messages while DNT aside from contacting staff members.
