User image to big?

    User image to big?
    I have a user image I want to use on my profile.

    It is 200x200 and is 44KB saved on the computer.

    When I go to upload it asks me to use an image file less than 128KB

    It is saved in .PNG format.

    This is the image

    Hello, the resolution max limit is 150x150.
